Terrible customer service! We asked both the manager and the sales associate if the bushes we were interested in purchasing will be going on sale soon. They each responded by saying, "I don't know anything about when they are going on sale. " Within the following week, the same bushes we purchased were now 40% off. Do not buy anything from here unless you want to get ripped off.

So we went there yesterday. I have this plant that belonged to my grandmother who passed away. She had it for almost 20 years and I have had it for 3 since she passed. It started to die on me. I have no green thumb or any idea what to do. I went there and asked a couple ladies to help me. I wish I would have gotten there names to send a thank you card. They talked to me about the plant. I explained what was wrong and they told me step by step how to fix it. I replanted it and everything they said might be wrong was true . My plant already looks healthier and the compassion that the workers gave me while explaining was one of the kindest things anyone has done. I am so thankful and corsos has a life long customer in me. Thank you so much . This plant means a lot to me and they really seemed like they cared and wanted to help me. I appreciate you plant ladies. Thanks again.

We Love the Corso's Landscape Team. This crew is professional and thorough. Every Thursday the Corso's Truck comes to my house and several guys get out and begin mowing, trimming, picking up sticks, and blowing it all clean. They go above and beyond without guidance. Pricing is fair and the team makes sure you get your money's worth...what a joy! :)

A very nice flower and garden shop. They have just about everything for home and garden. Cut flowers, custom flower arrangements, outdoor furniture, evergreens, trees, lawn art, fountains, potted indoor an outdoor plants and flowers, pond plants and accessories, gardening tools, fairy garden items, and much much more. Quality is high and it reflects in the prices. But I'm sure it takes a lot of $ to run a place like this. But sometimes you can find a great deal here once in a while. They also have landscaping design and installation services, along with lawn and landscape maintenance. Easy to find location, with very nice facility. Friendly and helpful staff. Products they sell change from season to season. CHRISTMAS TIME IS NICE.

Corso's is more than a garden/florist, it is a wonderful experience. There are tons of varieties of flowers with knowledgeable employees to help choose the perfect plantings for your space. Their plants are healthy and hardy, surviving past what other brands will. Corso's has been in business for at least the past 50 years that I can remember. They would not have stayed in business this long if their plants and other products were not well worth the money spent.

Great. Came in when my lady at the time told me it was sweetest day (whoops! Lol), figured I'd surprise her with something. Here's how the conversation went. . . "Hi! I'm Steven, and I'm an idiot. My lady likes lillies. Can you help a brother out?" They got me to the fresh flowers, showed me what a lilly is, and I picked out some stuff. They added free parsley (green stuff?) and that was it. Nice people, and they undercharged me. I'd 100% go back, but I need to see how the flower shop down the street is. Corsos got my business because of their hours, even though they are a half hour drive for me.

This place is AWESOME!!!! I drive from the Eastside of Cleveland even if its just for 1 flower!!! The selection is great. They have flowers that you just wont find anywhere else. Flowers can be a bit pricey, but they are healthy and again, you might not see that flower anywhere else or in that color. I've been a customer for over 10 years!!

Great selection of both indoor and outdoor plants. Their flower center is amazing, I have used it on several occasions! They have a walk in cooler where you can pick individual flowers and they will build a boquet for you. Whether you are a Gardner, landscaper, or just a plant enthusiast this place has everything you'll need.

I had a super experience with Carla and Corso’s for my daughter’s recent wedding! Carla was so helpful in every step of the process! She was able to incorporate the flowers and style my daughter liked by reviewing the Pinterest photos my daughter saved. Carla let us know how much each bouquet and arrangement was going to cost before hand. She was very accommodating in our special requests and went above and beyond to help us when we had a last minute family medical emergency. Carla was given full license to use her decorating skill to transform the venue. Her finished product exceeded our expectations. Many our our guests commented that this was the most beautiful wedding and reception they had seen. We are thankful for the professional services we received from Carla and her associates at Corso’s!

Buy 3 mums get 1 free, 7.99 each. Ok, selection pretty crappy but I have a gift card from overpaying for all my flowers in the spring. Get my mum's home and the sticker underneath says $5.99. Ripped off again. I won't be back. Wal-Mart, Lowe's, Home Depot, Meijer's and Menards can have my business. A lot of competition in the area to expect to keep customers with dishonest practices and mediocre products.

I purchased 50 arborvitae trees from them in Sept 2010 I bought all the fertilizers they said I needed and planted them just as they instructed. By late spring I noticed a lot of them appeared to be dying but I was told they would be ok. By August, 36 of the trees were totally dead or not far from it. I called Corsos to let them know this. They told me they were under warranty and to bring them back and they would replace them if I paid an additional 50%. So in other words I could buy more trees at 1/2 price. I thought this was ridiculous. I told him Most of the trees are dead I paid big bucks to have soil imported to my back yard from Akron when I did my 20K landscaping So it was the crummy trees they sold me. But I was unsure at this point it could still be the soil. That was a lot of trees to die so quickly. So I went ahead and bought them again. Now the other things not purchased from Corsos did not have any problems and I have never had to replace them 4 years later. I plant 36 more trees by October 2/3 of them were dead. I bought six trees at Lowes and they all lived. I ended up buying the rest the following spring at lowes and Home depot and 2 yrs later only one of those died. In the mean time The other initial trees I bought from Corsos are not growing 1/2 look healthy but they are the same height as when I purchased them 4 years ago. These trees (I was told) would grow quickly and grow to be around 15 ft high within 5 yrs. The only trees that are growing are the cheaper(exactly the same species of tree) Arborvitae that I bought at Lowes and Home Depot. I am writing this review now(4 yrs later) Because My neighbor was looking for a tree and He went to the different nurseries in the area and checked out Corsos. The owner guy who I had dealt with was more of a used car sale man and when I asked him about the warranty on a tree he was showing us with all these bug holes throughout the leaves he told me 50% off within a year to replace it. I was totally shocked as I am actually holding a leaf in front of him with 4 holes in it (small leafed tree) and he's, in other words telling us if you buy this tree that is full of bugs and more than likely will die you can BUY AGAIN another tree for an additional 50%. Now that guy has a set on him! So those of you who read my review of this business and still decide to purchase anything from them, you get what you deserve.

If you're here to complain about the struggles Corso's has faced trying to find help for hard workers in their fields, APPLY FOR THE JOB before you say they're turning down Americans. Idiots. They couldn't get enough viable help, so their American family run business of 70+ years was going to be overtaken by the corporate stores you mindless mouths adore. For those commenting on their hiring of 114 illegals taking away american jobs, try reading up on unbiased stories first instead of your faux news. Ohio agriculture had a shortage of ANYONE that wanted those jobs, they requested through legal means for immigrant work visas but they were denied/stalled under trumps immigration crackdowns. They needed workers and AMERICANS didnt want them and trump administration wouldn't let them hire them legally via visas in a timely fashion, so they chose to illegally hire instead of closing their american business of 77 years. I dont know the owners personally, never been to ohio, I am white and born in america...for those of you who think Im not. Think before you talk.
