If it was possible to give a zero I would. This company has given me the runaround for the last three days in trying to get Sod. Jill a manger or office staff in particular has been less than helpful and uninterested in giving customer service at all! This is a company I wouldn’t suggest using!! I called and asked for prices on sod and after calling three more times finally got a price, then Jill told me on the phone they would drop the sod off the next morning at my house, I waited around until 1 pm and called then got an attitude from Jill about it being at my house around maybe 2-330. Frustrating as it is, I feel because they are one of the few companies around here, they believe they can treat customers like this. Hopefully this will provide insight into this company.

The owners and staff are very engaging and knowledgeable. We had an issue with an apple tree that had been hit by lightning, and split in two about 20 years ago, and they told us how to pull it back together, secure it and seal it. That tree was still alive and well when we sold our home in the area in late 2017. Needless to say, they were our go to people for answers and products after that.

Went to a succulent garden workshop, and it was fantastic. The actual class part was very short, she just demonstrated how to level the soil, benefits of rocks, etc, and then they just hung ariund the store and helped us pick our containers and plants, pot them when we were ready, and got us checked out. It was fantastic. Totally like, at-your-leisure.

I go to All Seasons about weekly or every other week,to buy succulents for arrangements and to buy house plants. I hate to say that every time I go, none of the staff seems happy or eager to help me when I ask for help about different plants. Today I was there, after looking around for a while I finally stopped and asked a staff member if they had a particular plant. In response I recieved an eye roll and cold response of "no we dont have them and haven't had them since I've worked here". I'm newly into plants & gardening so maybe I said the plant name wrong and that offended her but I don't feel that called for an eye roll. Every time I go there I feel like I am an inconvenience to the staff. Which is sad because I am there often, I love the variety of succulents that is there, however now I think I may just order my succulents online.

I ordered an arrangement for a wake and funeral. When we arrived at the wake we saw that several flowers in the bouquet were in between stages of wilting and dead. The next day I called and talked to the owner. She offered neither an apology or a refund. Instead she asked which flowers she needed to replaced. I did ask for a refund and told her I believed she would agree that it was deserved when she saw the product that was delivered. When we saw the bouquet the next day it was better, but still had a few wilting flowers. I still have not received an apology or a refund. With this in mind I'd recommend giving another florist in town your business.

I’ve gone here multiple times and I always am surprised with the selection of plants. Always expanding and I always find something that I love. My oldest succulent from them is 3 years old and huge! Any type of plant or tree you are looking for, they have it. Tools for gardening inside and/or outside, they have it. Knowledgeable staff, they have it. Neat decorating decor that no other place in town has, they have it. I've never had a bad experience here. Plus, who could ever be angry or grumpy with all that fantastic oxygen going to your brain while walking around?! Haha This place is top notch!!
