Re Rio Rancho store, Devin VanHoose: after visiting a couple of big box stores, and pretty confused about rebuilding a sprinkler manifold, I went to the Rio Rancho Just Sprinkler store and I was nicely greeted by Devin Van Hoose. I explained to Devin my project and I think it was pretty clear to him that I did not know much about sprinkler manifolds and building codes. Devin has been super patient, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in educating me and getting all the parts together I need for my project. Thank to him I am almost done with my manifold and I am very happy with how it turned out. I am very grateful to Devin and hold Just Sprinklers in high regards. Seems to me that all employees at the Rio Rancho store are very nice and helpful to DIY people and they really know what they are talking about. kind regards, berthold

I can't believe how hard these guys work!!! Ed Gonzalez gave me an estimate this morning and there was a full crew at my house before noon. The estimate was more than fair for the amount of work that needed to be done and Ed Gonzalez was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The installers that worked on my system- Bobby Bleything, Kurk Brown, Thomas, Javier, Fransisco, and Armando did an amazing job. They were true professionals that understand customer service and QUALITY work! I was expecting the job to take at least three days and these guys were 90% done in one afternoon. I highly recommend Just Sprinklers and wouldn't go anywhere else. GREAT JOB!

We had Omar Chavez and Levy Garcia from Just Sprinklers on Bogan NE in Albuquerque, repair a very complicated sprinkler system and the work was phenomenal. Omar and Levy worked diligently all day and now our system runs perfectly. GOOD JOB GUYS!!!!!!!A+++++++++++++

Had them do some yard clean up and trim shrubs - they butchered a Crepe Myrtle and a Desert Willow - looks like they broke of 3 feet of branches on the Desert Willow (basically broke the tree in half) and two feet of branches on the Crepe Myrtle (and again basically broke this one in half also). Neither will regain their previously beautiful shapes - they are both ruined. Other bushes were "chopped" not trimmed. The manager has refused to return calls and e-mails regarding this but was quick to cash my check. Had been a long time customer - now going with someone else.

My sprinker system control box was leaking. Called the main office and the next morning John Hoffman from the Bogan office showed on time and checked the system out. Within 15 minutes John provided me a detail written estimate to complete the work as well as a detailed (at the control box) expalination of what he was going to do. Finished the work when he said it would be completed. Five year warranty to boot. Can't say how pleased I am with Just Sprinklers.

I just wanted to mention the folks I had the pleasure of meeting with at Just Sprinklers, which are, Leilani andDave, WOW what some folks talk about good service, I'm describing as SOOOO MUCH more than that+!! When I went to their store ( which is a new location, just 5 buildings down the same road ) I was AMAZED on how well I was received and, that they helped me to pick the EXACT fire wood I needed for my small fireplace +! If you want GREAT service, where they remember your name, and treat you like family, you ABSOLUTELY NEED to visit Just Sprinklers on Highway 528 in Rio Rancho, REALLY ++!!! I don't like to give bad reviews. I've only given one--ever. And this will be my second. Both are because I scheduled appointments 2 weeks out and no one showed. I made the appointment with Just Sprinklers 2 weeks ago for this morning, 8am. I got a call at 9:15am letting me know that the tech was running 30 minutes late. Not great but I was ok with it. Now it's almost 11:30am and no one has showed. I called and was told by Benjamin that they are busy on another job and did I want to reschedule. So, apparently, they weren't planning to show up at all. When I asked why they didn't call me with an update, he told me that the guys in the field are busy and don't have cell phones. He actually seemed annoyed that I wasn't more understanding that they are busy since he repeated that they are busy to every question I asked. Honestly, I get that things happen but how about a phone call? And, if a company has so many clients that they just don't need my business, I would appreciate them saying that right up front. Let me know that they will schedule an appointment but probably won't show if they get a better client and definitely won't call to let you know. Schedule at your own risk. And if you have to take off work to be there, like I did, too bad for you. I know this because when I told Benjamin that I ended up taking a half day he repeated, they are busy on another job. Just Sprinklers should just be honest that they are loaded with clients and don't want new ones. That would have been better because then I could have called another company who actually wanted my business and appreciated the work. I don't want to force Just Sprinklers to work with me. I merely wanted my sprinklers fixed by a company who, at the very least, respected my time enough to show up.

We had Omar come out to repair a broken pipe, and he not only fixed it, but made sure to tell us what to look for in the future, and ways that we can avoid any further issues. My husband and I were planning to deal with our sprinklers ourselves, and are glad we called Just Sprinklers instead. After talking to Omar, we realized we would’ve caused ourselves a lot of problems. He was very knowledgeable, and represented the company very well. I will be recommending to others.

We just bought a house in Corrales, and found that the existing Sprinkler system was basically a mess. Troy came out to help us w/ trying to fix a couple of broken heads, and took the time to walk thru the entire system with us. We then had an appt. with Johnny that same day, and he and Troy looked at everything with very detailed eyes. They dug up a patch that was clearly leaking. Long story short... the best plan was to create a complete new, efficient system. And that they did. Javier and Francisco were the guys who implemented that system and they are amazing. It was a big job, and they just knocked it out! And walked us thru every part after it was all complete. (in one day less than expected). These guys do great work! They explain everything so you understand it, and didn't mess around. I am so glad we went there first. It saved us so much trouble and now we have a system that works! Thanks, you guys! And, they do more than 'Just Sprinklers' too! Landscaping, Flagstone, etc. I know we'll be back.

I recently moved to the ABQ Metro Area and needed to get our 11 zone irrigation system sorted out. I called Just Sprinklers and my initial impressions were positive. As is sometimes the case, however, our initial service call had some "bumps in the road" and fell short of my expectations. I called and got in touch with their very capable "hands on" General Manager, John Carter. John was @ my home the next day taking the appropriate actions to rectify the open service items. He identified the open issues and had a remedy in place for us the following day. Everything was resolved and I was impressed @ the speed of response and "right attitude" rectification of the open issues. Everything ended in a smooth ride :-) and I am now a John Carter fan and satisfied Just Sprinklers customer.
