Our home was on the market for ~three years and our yard a bit neglected. Our realtor recommended Travis and ExtraScapes. Our landscaping has been transformed and now complements our home -- almost as a "live" architectural feature. We work together with ExtraScapes on shaping, pruning, planting, and overwintering trees, shrubs, and plants. We are impressed with the caliber of the team and the low employee turnover. Extra services that impress us further: clearing snow from a section of the back yard to accommodate our rescue pups; delivery, set-up, and removal of the Christmas tree; getting rid of annoying tiny black ants; sprinkler installation and repair; accessibility; fair pricing and genuinely nice people. Travis & ExtraScapes are first-rate.

We used ExtraScapes ground maintenance service this year for our complete yard. We were extremely pleased with their lawn and shrubbery mowing and trimming as well as fall leaf clean up.They arrived on time and always made sure to clean up and carry off remaining brush and grass. Travis was professional, responsive, and prompt. I had 5 other companies (including some rather large ones) come give me estimates on my property and never heard back from most! Travis, on the other hand, gave me the quote quickly and the price was reasonable. Once I agreed to move forward they began with the work straightaway. He was on site to answer questions and his crew is knowledgeable, friendly, and did fantastic work! The finished product looks amazing and I’ve gotten TONS of compliments from my neighbors. Couldn't schedule our appointment until a month after we contacted them, but it was a big job, and we decided to stick with them and wait the month. The day finally arrived and... they never showed up. Had it been something minor, for a small fee, *maybe* I can see that happening. But this was a biggie. They must be daft to have passed up such a pay day!

Travis and his crew did great work for us - clearing weeds, laying a drip system, etc. However, communication with Travis was difficult. There were a couple times when I called and emailed and didn't receive a response for over a week, or no response at all.

I hired Travis for a large job with many different features. His proposal was reasonably priced and the bid included a graphic layout. This work was done in early May (peak season for landscapers) but they worked extra hard to get everything completed quickly. There were a couple of mistakes made (understandable for a job this size), but the important part is that Travis made it all right in the end.

These guys did a wonderful job. I needed a bunch of yard cleaning and some minor landscaping work to be done. They did it quickly and perfectly. I have used everything from big name companies to craigslist adds and they've all been ok, but ExtraScapes has been the best by far. Travis is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and did everything he could to exceed my expectations. Affordable, quality service and staffing that makes you feel comfortable. Travis and his crew were amazing! We had several different companies quote out installing landscaping in our unfinished front yard/driveway and Extrascapes was not only the most reasonable, but the easiest to work with by far. Travis was very patient with us for several months as we tried to decide what we wanted to do, never pushy at all! He was always happy to send me over several designs and keep changing them until we were satisfied. He was able to customize a plan exactly to the budget we needed and still get us everything we wanted! The crew worked quickly and professionally and got the job done in a timely manner. The end result is beautiful and Travis has followed up a few times to be sure we are still happy, he doesn't just disappear after the job is done like other contractors typically do. We are very pleased with our new landscaping and have had many compliments on it from passers by! I would highly recommend Extrascapes to anyone needing landscape work!
