They where the best customer service I ever received. They where so helpful, explained all my options and displayed every product, making it easy to choose the right product needed to fulfill my dreams on how I would love my landscape to look. I highly recommend this company.

I knew about these guys but drove all over town looking for something different. I almost choked when I heard what another place wanted for crusher fines, and the lady was offended. I drove over to Montano, walked in, found exactly what I wanted and left. It was in my yard the next morning. You can look around if you'd like to pay Santa Fe prices, or you can go here and just get what you need at a fair price.

Montaño's supplied almost everything that you see in this photo of our DIY courtyard - the cobble sheets for the base, the flagstone benches, the pallets of stone that we used to form our fire pit and water feature, and the 850 pound capstones for the waterfall! They are fairly priced, take the time to educate you on the purchase, deliver fast, and have a great selection of items. They have earned our business - and we LOVE our courtyard!

Ordered Mountain Green rock and received GRAY rock. When went in to buy took sample Diego immediately told us Green Mountain Which he denied when informing him of wrong color. Would not recommend doing business here as they will not make it right. Buyer beware! Free GRAY gravel rock at Nizhoni Dr.

After an initial bad experience with the quality of a road base delivery, Montano offered a discount on the next delivery. I have had several deliveries since the first experience, as recently as October 2016, and the drivers' ability to drop-spread the road base on my road has been superb. I would give five stars, except the last one I ordered was not recorded in their schedule and if I had not called to confirm, they would have missed the appointment.

I went to Montono's not knowing too much about what I wanted. They helped me figure it out and gave me great price. Since the project I am doing is a little different, they listened and were interested in helping getting the show on the road. Its a really great thing to know that there are still places like Montano's that are family owned. My Highest Recommendation

They have the best prices in town and a good selection. Yes...typical SF customer service can vary...but if you give it a couple days...they will get it to you. This is an old world SF experience...but overall...they do a good job and reasonable prices! We like them!

I had 10 tons of landscape rock delivered. The driver showed up an hour earlier than scheduled then dumped the load exactly where I told him not to. I called to complain and a Diego answered and rudely said the driver was very close to the scheduled time (not!). Then barked at me “ what do you want me to do about it?” I’ll spend my money elsewhere next time.

I went there to buy something for my dog run. Not knowing the price of anything. The front staff was very helpful. When selecting my choice I was instructed to be weighed first then go under the accumulator so they can fill my truck . I waited for a few minutes patiently when a man with a bulldozer looks at me weird then drives off. Still waiting he comes back and instructs me to talk to him . He asked me what do I want? I replied the lady told me to park here and I'm waiting for my rock . He looks at me with deer and headlights with a touch of anger and puts his hands in the air like why are you here. I then tell him I was told to park here after I was weighed . Things escalated quickly . Both of us were exchanging vulgar sentence. He then asked if I wanted to get crazy . I was upset that he couldn't just get out of the tractor and ask what I was getting or check with the front . He was very unprofessional and rude . I told him I was going to talk to management but he just said go for it and didn't care . Because of the poor attitude and deposition of the operator I will never return or recommend this place to anyone. I won't forget the tattoo of the lip mark on the left side of his neck . If he was more humble and knew people skills I would give this place a 5 star. I would like to thank the crew in the front for being helpful .

Bad service they charged a lady 80 dollers for 3 yards of filler dirt filler dirt and she lived across the street in the new sub division. She walked over and got a 30 doller refund and wasent happy
