Customer service is excellent, talked to Debbie everyday. She always responded or called back. The big problem was getting the guys to do the work. Paid deposit back in May, said they were 4-5 weeks out. Come end of July I didn't hear from them so I reached out and said don't bother until September (better to grow grass). Told me they would come on the 14th and it would take one day. They came on the 15th and worked for 2 hours, did not finish and did not even finish what they started (drains). They also didn't do what was on the proposal and talked about. Drainage needed to be in a rock pit and they decided to install a drainage emitter (terrible for this situation) they took the easy and cheaper way out. Told me they would be back following week to finish job. It is now 2 weeks later and haven't seen or heard from them since. They did finally come back and finish. I wish I had never allowed them to, it was a complete waste. They basically dumped a truck of soil and spread out and left. Did not even remove the rocks from the front yard. Probably took them 2 hours to do and had to get other companies to quote again and do the right way. DO NOT USE THEM, maybe they can cut lawns better but stay away there are many better options out there.

This is the 2nd season we've been using Brothers for weekly lawn maintenance and they continue to disappoint. Last year they started mowing our grass on Thursdays, after a few weeks, they were coming on Tuesday and when asked why, they said oh that's your day now. Then I can't tell you how many times they've left the gate open, which could end really bad if I don't check them every time they come since we have dogs that could get out. They've hit and broken multiple flower pots (not even sitting in the grass), have mowed while it's raining causing ruts in our yard, they've cut back other flowers growing in the yard for no reason, they leave parts of the yard way longer than others, they've fertilized areas of the yard I asked them not to and continued to fertilize even after we cancelled that service, and now it's been 10 days since our grass has been cut and they can't even tell me what day it will be cut now, even though it hasn't rained all week and now we can barely walk through the yard because the grass is so high. We've complained after each event, but these things still keep happening and are completely unacceptable.

Brothers did our paver patio at our previous home. Very good job and finished quickly. The patio was one of my favorite things about the house.
