purchased over $650 in plants/trees from their Pennington Location. Also paid for delivery that had to be at our house on a Sat morning due to our landscapers being there to plant. I over communicated this to BG. Needless to say they didn't show. I had to call them at 1pm to see where our plants were. They said their truck broke down and they were working on getting another truck to send out. Said they would call back and never did....I also then called to talk to a manager at their Hillsborough location and he was less than helpful...I am still waiting for a call back from him after TWO calls I maid....poor customer support!

Love my new tree!!! Bountiful Gardens goes the extra mile to make customers happy! I just had a very expensive tree which I accidentally had them plant in the wrong spot. Totally my fault and they came all the way back and fixed it for me. I am so thrilled with my new tree! Thanks Bountiful Gardens!

I have been coming to this garden for many years and never had any problems hense returning year over year. Everything changed on May 29, 2014 I have never been treated the way the person at the check out treated me and my family. She claimed she was an owner but I have my doubts. If she is an owner I feel sorry for her because as an owner she should not be talking to the customer like that. She herself told us that she has to take 5 minutes and walked away in the middle of ringing an order. All of this over not having a proper sign for the price. She claimed that the sign was there and that we don't know how to read it. After we met one of her employees where the sign was suppose to be, he too could not find it. Apparently the sign disappeared. After coming back with the different plants, she kept insisting that the sign is there even when her own employee said no. The customer after us had the same issue and question and that is when she walked away. Wow - unbelievable. We ended up spending $175 because we were there for about an hour walking around and it would have been a waste of our time but it was very sad for me to pay and contribute to this business when we were just treated like we were nothing. My recommendation is for this supposed owner to take some lessons in customer management and how to deal with customers. You are not always right which was proven by your own employees. We will not be returning here and if you don't want to deal with disgrunted owners I would recommend not to visit this place.

Bountiful Gardens is not only a relaxing inspiring outdoor environment in which to see a HUGE selection of healthy and unusually sourced plants, but also provides fair, competitive and considerate pricing for those living beauties. Special plant requests are generously entertained. The owner's and her staff's consistent attentive and knowledgeable presence are always welcoming and responsible to everyone who enjoys gardening!!! By far the largest selection around in both plant variety and quantity. A very well maintained garden center - a great spot for photos. Also a great selection of fountains and other garden ornaments. Be prepared to stay a while.

If you want your Forsythia to actually live past the summer, buy it here. Very good stock this year. Tall, thick, multiple root stems and thick buds all the way to the top. 5 for $100. Picked some Proven Winner brand Rhododendrons for the membership price, definitely worth joining.

Spent $400.00 over the last two weekends. Most of the plants dried, some of them were as expensive as $40.00 each .. when we called to complain the guy who picked the call says .. there is no guarantee for the flowers and that I might not have watered the plants... when I have spent so much money will I not water them? Very bad experience will definitely not go back..

I would of given this place 5 stars, except I have seen them douse their plants sold with Roundup weed killer. I have an Organic garden and I do not want any dangerous pesticides on my plants, plus using it kills important pollinators like honeybees and butterflies. Despite this, the rest of my review is positive. This nursery has such a great variety of plants and garden supplies, the staff are very friendly, and the prices are fantastic. Highly recommend this place!

Out of 6 shrubs, 5 survived 90 days later. The prices are high and they do not allow exchanges of dead plant material within 90 days. Same plant at big box, which has a refund policy, was $13 cheaper.
