We stopped to by a weed whacker. It was 12:10pm on Saturday and he closes at noon, but was still there. Chris the owner told us to come and he would sell us a weed whacker. I don't know too many people that would reopen their business after they closed and locked up. He did not rush through the sale. Showed us how to change the string and make sure it worked before we left. We had to write down our information so he could turn in the warranty for us. He could have blown us off and said come back we are open but he didn't.

Yeah those guys are rip off that's all I got to say yeah Chris is a real bad person I paid him $900 to rebuild my Honda generator I brought it home and it didn't work take it back he said I don't hear nothing wrong with it so he wouldn't fix it so I took it home and within two days the generator stop working completely $900 down the drain

Watch out, The owner Chris, doesn't stand behind his work or word! I have purchased multiple pieces of equipment from Chris, but unfortunately he doesn't care about his customers. SAD! He would not warranty parts i just purchased from him that ended up being defective. Told me that if I changed the spark plug myself (as is instructed in the manual) I voided the warranty. What a looser! When I spend 100's of dollars with someone and they don't treat me right, I take my business somewhere else! This was not the first bad experience with Chris, but mistakes happen, so I decided to give him another chance. That was my mistake, (and a costly one!). Chris, you've lost my business for LIFE! I've switched to Green Valley Turf as my Sthil Dealer and repair center. They are further away, but they appreciate my business and treat me right.

Rented a Uhaul trailer. Discussed needing trailer for 24-48 hrs. After first 24 hrs made a convenience call to inform them we will be using the trailer for a second day. Was then informed that another customer needed the trailer and I couldn't use the trailer anymore and had to return. So bottom line... new customers are more important than existing ones. No apology or explanation givin by Uhaul rep. Very unprofessional, dirty(grease on my credit card and rental agreement), and will not be giving them any more buisness in the future. Nor do I recommend you do either.

The definition of "dependable" in the dictionary could simply say Chris Gatlin!! Woodchuck's is the place to go for not only equipment needs, but Chris is the go to guy for knowledge and advice on many things. Even if you need help when you find yourself locked out of your house! Thanks Chris!

I've been a customer at Woodchuck's multiple times and I routinely gain valuable advice from Chris, the owner and operator.I'm so impressed by Chris that I had to introduce and refer him to the service company I worked for in Utah before I moved to Nevada. So, you're likely not only getting the best in Nevada but the best in the region. So, go into Woodchuck's and ask Chris how much wood a woodchuck could cut if a woodchuck had a STIHL, he knows the answer.

Chris is the go to guy for anything with spark plugs and then some. If it’s supposed to run he can make it run. Not only is he good at fixing things, not a more honest and dependable guy will you find.
