We needed 2 large trees removed and a very large tree trimmed that was hanging over the neighbor's yard. They showed up on time and ready to work even though it was raining pretty hard. We watched them from inside the house and the crew worked as a well oiled machine. It looked like they were choreographed seeing how smoothly they all worked together. They even ground the stumps down below grade! They have all of the equipment necessary to complete the job in a very efficient manner no matter the size. I will definitely recommend 2 White Guys to EVERYONE!

I let my yard go for over a year and feared getting fined by my HOA. I had to save up to where I could afford getting all sides of the house cleaned, weeds pulled, and a few trees removed. They were spilling over into my neighbors' yards big time. It was a lot to clean up, and a lot of trees planted very close to one another by a previous owner. Anyhow, Dane was so nice when he came to visit me the same day I asked for a quote. He gave me tips and advice on how to go about my situation the most cost efficiently and wisely concerning the types of trees I have which I really appreciate. A couple days later every side of the house was clean! No weeds, no leaves, and the trees I wanted gone were finally gone. Great price, quick responses, and phenomenal work. Used them twice did a great job and now i had more work to be done scheduled for last Thursday for some cleanup and also were supposed to have someone contact me to set up installation of sod and sprinkler repair and they never showed up. No replies to my call or text. I called and it went to voicemail. I get it, they are a landscaper so they might be in front of a client or driving or something, but geez, give me a call back at least. I took the time to research which company I wanted to call and chose you, give me the respect of at least returning my call. Even worse... the voicemail said the fastest way to get a response is to go outside, take pictures of your yard and what you need done, send those along with your address and what work you need done and they will get back to you. So I spent some time outside taking pictures and all that and here we are a couple days later.... no call. I don't understand why SO many contractors are unreliable. No calls, they show up late or no show to appointments... what gives?

I called these guys on Friday to come out and give me an estimate. I gave him my name, cell#, and address. He said he would come out possibly Monday but definitely Tuesday. .....he'd call Monday evening to give me a time. I never received a call. I called Tuesday to ask where he was and he asked for my address again and said he would be here in an hour. About two hours later I called to see what was going on. He couldn't find my address. I asked if he was still coming and he said he was already home. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Called for an estimate initially and was given another number to call/text a guy named "Brian". So, I called and then texted after no answer. Later after getting contacted, we agreed on a 3pm visit at my residence. Which then turned to 4/430pm. As time passed, there was a "no show" not even a call or text back! Needless to say, that was VERY unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth. Going with someone reliable. I even read this happened to someone else on here. Hmmm... I wonder how many times this happens with this company??

Then I signed up for their once a month service and they did a poor cleanup job so I cancelled them after 2 months. I got the impression that they have too many clients and don't care to take on anymore.

Recently I had an issue with my HOA regarding my palm trees. I called Dane and Michelle, the owners of TWG, and they could not have been any more helpful. These guys came to my house and collected money and never did the work. At the crew leaders instance. I hired craig to put down weed and feed and trim some trees. I paid him 550.00 cash. He worked for a couple of hours left and never came back. I called the crew leader and got no help from him. I tried several times to get craig to finish work. Or perhaps rerurn my money. He has done neither. I would not reccomend this company.

Don't bother with these guys. I have been trying to get an estimate for a week and a half. When i called the number listed, I received a text to call someone else. I called and left a voice mail and sent a text. I received a text about a week later asking if I still needed an estimate. I replied that I did but didn't hear anything back. I called these guys first based on the rating but the customer service was less than par. Too bad since I need more work done. Why is it so hard to find reliable people here when you need something done?

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is by far the worst landscaping company I've ever seen having been in the Las Vegas area since 1980. I employed them to take care of 4 property's the last week in July 2018 and have had the worst experience imaginable. One property, the 5th was set up as separate from my props entirely but still to this day is being billed to my account. At another property the first month, they charged for but never showed up and even when I sent pics of the overgrowth and weeds growing onto the sidewalk, Dane still insisted someone had been there...to do what I have no clue. I let that one go but the dishonesty continued. I notified him of a water leak and paid him $200 to replace a couple valves, still to this day the water continues to leak from the valves. He was contacted multiple times to correct over and over for weeks and two more services, but the problem still exists. Received a $354.44 water bill today for the month of September on a property that averages under $100 per month. They never could get the accounting right, billing props to the wrong entities and persons. I let them go last week and received additional bills today for the month of October even though no services have been performed. I wouldn't recommend this service to my worst enemy, they are absolutely terrible in every facet with no integrity whatsoever. Do yourself a favor, avoid a headache, and do not hire this company...just move on... JBuckley (Owner/Property Manager)

I met with Matt to design my yard, I believe he is a native of Vegas but he is 100 percent all class. I worked hard for my house and I did not want any Home Depot or Kmart Garden Center product. At first I was intimidated by His intelligence but he should my husband and myself all the ideas he had in such a humble way, no pressure, just a very very cool thoughtful person. We consider Two White Guys friends for life. Our yard is so professional and exceeded our expectations. You get what you pay for my fellow Las Vegans. Horrible service, owner is a crook. Stay far away from them. They bid out my backyard and it was 26k 4 other bids nobody over 6k then he says I'll match that. So either your a crook and you tried to get me to pay 20k for the same work or you that bad at bids. I texted for a ballpark figure and asked about their availability. Without showing any pictures, they texted back an extremely high price. Their answer was the amount only and did not address their availability. It was unprofessional and there was no other invitation for me to call their company to speak further about the work . It left me with a bad (cautionary) feeling so I started checking them out further and I do not like what I have found. I'm sensing that this is a very high-priced company that fleeces people all under the guise of doing quality work. If you're truly a professional, you're going to charge what is reasonable and customary (maybe somewhat higher) and not fleece people. After reading the review below from the guy that was quoted over 20K and did not get a bid over 6K from the multiple estimates from other companies, and then this company apparently offered to do it for the lower price, that is just so wrong. So, I won't be using this company. Also, I'm not quite sure about their name. I don't know what they are trying to imply, but to me, it could mean that they think they are superior because of their skin color. If true, then they may be operating from a sense of entitlement. That may be why they are so much more expensive than anybody else, and it it may be why they apparently (according to the reviews) no show and then get defensive about it. No thanks. I'm not going to allow some company to come into my home and juice me out of money, all under the premise that they charge more because they want to ensure the best customer service. No thanks, I will just find somebody else more real approachable. Honestly, this company sounds a bit narcissistic from what I have read. Also, some of the better reviews do not appear to be genuine. There is one review where they say the same phrase almost exactly the same way twice, and it sounded like an ad. Something's not adding up here and I would not use this company.

Our Oasis in the desert. We recommend 2WG Landscaping is for your landscaping needs, large or small. Matt is very responsive and personable. And, he delivers. He said we'd love the results and we do. Within days of our meeting he presented a beautiful rendition of the plan. This is exactly what we received and more. Our budget was extremely tight. Every thing we wanted is there. Even after the work was done and payment made, Matt and the team didn't let me down. They promptly responded to my inquiry and investigated our concern. Problem solved. Romon hand crafted the water feature. He is a true artist. Our water feature is simply gorgeous at night when highlighted by lights. Romon walked us though the operation of the feature, remote controlled mind you, and instructed us on how the sprinkler/drip irrigation system works. This is our 14th move. We've built 2 homes and renovated every house. The professionalism of this team is outstanding. At the end of each work day, the job site was cleaned and tools put away. That says a lot. When the job was done, they even cleaned the street in front of the house. You can not go wrong selecting 2 White Guys Landscaping for your project.

How about you remove the incorrect phone number from your invoice so the person who's phone YOU printed on them will STOP GETTING HARRASSING PHONE CALLS ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT!!!!
