Very knowledgeable with a good selection of chainsaws and accessories. I went in knowing what I wanted (the Ms 261 C-M) but still asked for their recommendations. They did not try to up sell me to a bigger model. They recommend the farm boss for the amount of wood I was going to cut. I went with a similar saw that is part of the professional grade, the Ms 261 C-M with a 20" bar that provides good balance to the saw.
