Nigel and his team just wrapped up an extensive sprinkler system install for my gardens and while there were a few hiccups during the process, everything was resolved quickly and the coverage is excellent. His employees were professional, courteous and very respectful of our hundreds of plants, trees and shrubs. A job very well done!

I have personally worked for this company, the management is poor, and the boss doesn't know how to run a company. He would do things cheap and poorly and charge outrageously for them, and wouldn't pay his workers s***. I ended up quitting after not getting called in for 3 weeks after getting hired on full-time, probably due to lack of customers because of poor quality and poor service. Honestly this place is a scam and a rip-off do not bother calling them or even getting a quote, gfy nigel.

The above negative comments are completely true. Customer service is horrible. Failed to give me a bid on work I wanted done. Work was never done, but I got a $390 bill for their services. And don't expect prompt replies to anything. .

Absolute sham. Nigel has no idea how to run a company and is more interested in appearing to be a business owner than actually operating a business. He hired myself and another individual to manage the business but every time we would start to get things actually organized and operating he would come in and screw it all up. He could not hold employees, ripped employees off for overtime, didnt carry work comp insurance, disrespectful, condescending and basically ignorant of business practices. He ended up with a massive tax lien, several lawsuits and and to this day blames myself and others for his failures. Most dishonest person I have ever dealt with.

Belligerent, aggressive, argumentative, and rude do not even begin to explain Nigel Cini. After completely botching my newly installed sprinkler system, which contained significant leakage points and not using the correct parts, Nigel refused to return my phone calls let alone fix the system or even refund part of what I paid. I would loved giving him a second chance because I completely understand mistakes happen, but Nigel would not even entertain the idea of fixing the issue. Would not recommend this company!

This company is a rip-off from first to last. Poor workmanship, poor customer service, outrageous charges. I made the mistake of contacting them twice to remove large piles of City-plowed snow from my historic home. Both times, they did not show up when they said they would, woke me and the neighbors at hngodly times of day with their racket, and left bigger messes behind than the berms I hired them to remove. The second time I called to have them remove snow, they cleared the wrong part of my yard, and I had to run outside in my pajamas at 5am to stop their tractor from destroying my front yard further. Then they had the audacity to charge me double for their error! Absolutely do NOT recommend for ANY service. The only thing "complete" about this company is their ineptitude.

Paid to plant new shrubs which all died. Contacted Company no less than 6 times and owner replied twice that they would come out to review and resolve but never did. Eventually they refused to take calls or respond to email.

Hired Nigel last summer/fall 2017 for a 35K landscape project with brand new irrigation. We paid in full (warned husband not to) when first snow came, with the *PROMISE* the incomplete work would be done at first sign of Spring. Nothing but promises of completion from Nigel since April 2018. He just told us he is closing up shop and leaving the area. Now we have to pay someone else to finish the project- that we already paid for. We got ripped off. Karma, Nigel...Karma...

Terrible job and the worst customer service. The owner came to expand 2 zones on my existing sprinkler system and completely botched everything causing me to have to hire a real landscaper to fix his errors. I paid for 2 zones to be added but he only added 1 and combined lawn sprinklers and plant drip lines, that's a big no no! This company completely lacks basic irrigation knowledge and is horrible to work with. When I spoke with the owner about the errors and constant leaks in the main box, sprinkler heads, and literally everything he, he was belligerent, yelled at me, and refused to fix the problems. The invoice clearly states he would add 2 zones but only did half the job. Would not trust them to even water my lawn. They did work in Still Water Estates and completely botched their grass in the park and don't even know how to weed eat properly.
