Scheduled an appointment to meet I assume was the owner. Showed up to the property to get a quote. After he described what material would be used we parted ways with a promise for a quote the next day. Next day came with no quote. Called the following day and a lady in office was working on it and promised i would get it that day......End of day still no quote. Called a third time this time being 5 days later. Office personel had no idea where my quote was and told me they would call back. The same guy I went out and met called me back to ask me to remind him which property I was referring too which tells me it was never done. After reminding him he said he could get me a written quote in a couple of days which didn't do me any good and eventually he just hung up on me. So in essence if you can get them to get you an honest quote you have gone farther than what I could get out of them. If this is any indication of there work as well I will not recommend them to anyone.

We called multiple landscaping companies who either didn't show or showed up but never sent a design or bid. Keller's showed up on time and within five days we had a design and bid for front and backyard landscaping. The built a retaining wall, installed beds with beautiful live plants, used gorgeous river rocks instead of mulch, and the result is brilliant! They put down top soil, seeded, and applied hay to grassy areas that needed it. They did exactly what they said they would do in the plan. Their employees are top notch, and Mr. Keller himself kept in constant touch and stopped by regularly to check on the site. You can't go wrong with Keller's Landscaping. We are in love with our outdoor patio and landscaping completed by Keller's! Jim and his crew have been awesome to work with, and very attentive. I wanted very simple designs and really wasn't sure of the best placement of my beds and types of flowers and trees for the area (we are new to KS) and Jim was very awesome with providing me sketches, offering advice on what would be best and even taking me through the nursery to pick out trees, flowers, bushes, rocks, etc. We've used Keller's on 2 occasions to plant trees along our sidewalk, beds on both sides of our house, 2 large berms in the back, extended our covered patio with a tumbled brick patio and and probably would've had them do the front beds as well had they not already been done when we moved in! We are pretty well set now but will surely look to them to freshen things up in the future. Thanks Keller's!

Jim and his crew have done work for us before and once again it is an awesome job! From taking care of the utilities to checking on the project daily Jim took care of our sloping lawn drainage issue with beautiful stone matching our previous stone and look. We are so pleased with his professionalism and personal interactions that can be hard to find anymore. We would highly recommend Jim!

Needed some advice on drainage, concrete and landscaping work. Jim came by and discussed my options with me. We decided on a start day for his crew. Jim efficiently coordinated his crew who finished the job without any delays. They were courteous, professional, and easy to work with. Keller's created a beautiful landscape design for our pool deck area; Jim has always been responsive whenever I have a question or need something done. They built attractive retaining walls and designed drainage systems to prevent water problems. Jim worked closely with us to adapt the landscape/plant designs to address personal preferences and concerns. They also installed outdoor lighting, which is both functional and attractive. As with any contractor, you need to communicate what you want and work closely with them throughout the process, but Jim is diligent about making sure you're happy with the end result! Keller's helped us create a lovely backyard space.

The crew was very professional. They showed up early every morning and worked hard until time to leave. No cursing, loud music or trash left by the crews. The work itself exceeded our expectations. Our old wooden retaining wall and fencing was removed and replaced with a stone wall. All areas the heavy equipment was used was reseeded and protected. Very pleased with the employees and the completed project.

I contacted 3 other landscape companies before Keller's Landscape. Not one of them would come out to give me an estimate. Keller's Landscape came out the next day!!! The job that they did was FANTASTIC. It was 100% exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend!!!!!

Did not build the wall exact but we would be okay with it. When they built the paver stone wall they left a space out 6x6 inches so there is a hole there. Was supposed to take out old stones but when I went to plant they have left the stones in and just added dirt and mulch over it. One paver stone was not glued on the top layer not to mention they completely "forgot" to do the drainage as asked. When they replanted the Holly Bushes they only planted a few inches therefore, one of them died. We had a different landscaper come out a "Professional" one and they could not believe the work that was done and said we should have hired them do it in the first place.. Jim was going to come out fix the drainage problem but I did not want them out to ruin anything else. We re-hired a "Professional" landscaper to fix the drainage. People check around with others. When we got a quote from the new hire they quoted us 5.00 cheaper a paver stone. Also, they require a walk through after finished work is done and then you pay. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!
