I also had the low voltage yard lighting system installed years ago. It also continues to work well and at their suggestion I recently upgraded to the new bulbs which emit more light. This company lies! I called for them to come out and check my sprinklers. I just moved here and knew nothing about sprinkler systems. Asked them should I call the water company first and was told no- our guys know what to do. They came out and told me they couldn't do anything and I needed to call the water company. A few days later I received a bill for $106.73! I called and told them the guy did nothing and they told me that since I lived so far they charged me for travel. After I said I wouldn't pay they told me they were going to take me to small claims court. I have now shared this on next door, a community web site and guess what- all my neighbors have banded together and now none will be using them. So for 106.73 they have lost the entire castlewood community. Dont use love irrigation! I will also be sharing this on facebook!

When it came time for us to invest in a French Drain, there was no doubt about who I wanted to do the job. Paul Love and his team were a pleasure to work with. From the design phase to final completion of the project we were very happy with Love Irrigation. The work crew did an awesome job getting the drain done ahead of schedule. Mr. Love and his team (both the workers and office staff) are very professional. They recently installed our irrigation/sprinkler system and we are very happy and satisfied with their work. I no longer have to worry about running around with the hose pipes. We installed the system after we put the lawn. However, within three-four weeks, there was only little trace of the trenching work done. Love irrigation did a very professional job in covering the trenches back. I would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of an irrigation system at home.

I can't even give this company 1 star. The owner lied to my husband about meeting with me. He said that he spoke with me and my daughter. Funny thing is, we do not have a daughter. At first we laughed it off and thought maybe he went to the neighbors house. We saw the owner in his truck on his phone......he never got out of his truck.....then he drove away. He told his receptionist (which is his wife) that he didn't feel welcomed at our home. Had he rang our doorbell, we would have welcomed him and probably gave him our business. We generally don't open the car doors of our guests. When I called to reschedule our quote and give him a second chance, his secretary said that we didn't welcome him the first time he came out and that he had already spoken with us. After I explained to her that her boss never got out of his truck and that he drove away, she said that we are welcome to take our business somewhere else. I let that go and confirmed our afternoon appt with the owner. They later called my husband and left a message canceling our appt. Awesome. We were going to give them a second chance and just laugh it off that he lied about talking to us. After this chain of events though, we just can't let it go. I have left a message asking to speak with Mr. Love, the owner to try to understand WHY IN THE HECK IS THIS GOING ON?!?! What happened to make this go south so quickly?!?! Of course, no phone call back. This isn't how you operate a small business. Don't lie. Don't be ugly. And always communicate. Maybe with a report and a phone call to the Better Business Bureau, Mr. Love will get out of his truck at his next appointment for a quote. And not lie. And call potential customers back. And ask his secretary not to suggest people take their business elsewhere.

Very expensive. They charge minimum of $99 per hour. Actually the first one hour includes the travel time of 30 minutes to and from their office. So, if a technician spends more than 30 minutes at your house, you will be charged for two hours, with a minimum of $198 plus tax. They round up the service time for every hour and not based on the actual minutes spent. Also, their service was good in the past and it is deteriorating now, due to the lack of good technicians.

I discovered a water leak in my backyard the day after Christmas. Looked like a slow steady stream coming up out of the ground. Contacted my local utility company the following Monday who wouldn't even come investigate because the utilities ran through the front yard. Called my builder who came the next day and confirmed it was probably my in-ground irrigation system. Called the contracted installer who wouldn't even answer the phone. My builder told me to look someone up in the yellow pages to come fix it. I called two different companies and got no answer. When I finally called Loves Irrigation they answered the phone immediately. They sent someone to my house that morning and the problem was fixed in under an hour. They gave great customer service with a nominal fee. I was impressed. I'll call them every time I have a problem from now on and will recommend them to my friends. Thanks Loves for the great service!
