Wow, how disappointing this experience was. I received no communication when they missed the initial gardening appointment, then had to follow up to get somebody out to my home. Paid over $1400 to have them cut back my roses and ornamental grasses. It was explained to me that in the future they would not need to spend so much time as it was the Spring cleanup that caused the higher cost. I was fine with that, but my biggest concern was that, although, everything had been cut back, there were weeds and grass all over in my rocks. She said that they were concerned it would take to long and cost to much to pull the grass by hand, and explained that they would spray when it became warmer. I again agreed to this, even though I had my reservations. My May appointment came and went with nobody contacting me again to let me know that nobody was making it out. I then cancelled them and will not be using them again. $1400 and I still have grass in my rocks, you should not be taken advantage of like I was.
