I bought a tree less than a year ago, after their sale price it was still $80. The tree has failed to thrive, despite following the directions given to me by their staff. Now they are refusing to replace or even partially credit me for the tree because it was a discounted price. Don't do business here, their "sales" might cost you more than you save. Poor customer service.

So far I've had great experiences here and lots of friendly help when you need it. Especially helping to load your car. It is also the closest place we have in this area. Everything is displayed beautifully and very clean

I bought a substantial amount of flowers & accessories on Friday. Yesterday I realized I bought the wrong kind of phlox. I called Campbell's and explained this to the person who answered phone and stated I would even keep 9 of incorrect phlox if they would exchange other 6 for correct phlox. I was told NO all plants are final not once but twice. No I'm sorry mam but all plant sales are final. Now I bought this kind of phlox due to their staff said it was the correct one for what I said I wanted to achieve. But it wasn't .I have always enjoyed Campbell's and buy alot of flowers from them every spring & fall. I live on busy road and people are always asking me where I get my plants & accessories and I tell them Campbell's but this is probably going to change. So beware shoppers there no room for error when buying plants even when it was their staff that helped/advised you. .

This greenhouse is huge & well-stocked with an excellent variety of annuals and perennials as well as pots of every description. The yard has a nice variety of landscaping plants from trees to ground covers. Staff is friendly & knowledgeable knowledgeable. Good prices, too! Will go every year!
