We've been utilizing the wonderful services of The Potting Bench for many years at our busy dental office. This past Christmas season brought a VERY special event to our family....the ONLY place I thought of to make us GORGEOUS, practical and tasteful centerpieces was Karen at The Potting Bench. They did NOT let us down. Everybody at our special family gathering "Ohhh'd and Ahhh'd" at just how perfect the Potting Bench centerpieces turned out. The price was very reasonable as well! :-)

Beautiful shop! We came to buy supplies for growing specialty plants, and they had what we needed among their tasteful gardening decor and floral arrangements. The young man who helped us was friendly, knowledgeable and straight-forward. Highly recommend, and would visit again.

Rude. Terrible customer service skills. When calling to order a corsage for prom I was told, "we are not accepting orders"; there was an awkward pause and I said ok - kinda questioning what that meant - no further response just a rude "sorry" and they hung up on me. It would have been nice if the person answering explained why. They didn't even give me an opportunity to say when I was ordering it for. So I sent feedback on their web site (politely) and received the following reply from their manager. I don't know why they have a contact button if they do not want feedback...and its quite apparent they do not value feedback nor do they care about their customer service skills - based on this reply! I apologize for your abruptly answered phone call. We at the Potting Brench try our best to serve all our customers with a positive attitude. But, like all normal people someday are to busy to be upbeat. We experienced our busiest week we have ever had. (Graduations,communions,proms ) We can only take so many orders and knowing we can do our best for these orders. We cut off corsage orders as do all florist at a certain point. I came to the Potting Bench for all of my wedding flower needs. I booked a design meeting with their highly experienced floral designers at their beautiful location in Braintree. I'll admit I was a bit of a high maintenance bride but I was met with a smile and patience as I walked them through each of my ideas. Needless to say all of my wedding floral dreams came true the morning of my wedding when all of my flowers arrived at my bridal suite. I was blown away - gorgeous (out of season) peonies came perfectly bloomed and fresh as can be. They decorated the church and my wedding venue. Out of all the stressful steps you're required to take in planning a wedding, the Patting Bench makes floral design enjoyable and worry-free. Nothing is impossible for this team at the Potting Bench and they have made a life long customer.
