The entire staff was common professional when I came in with an emergency repair need. We went through everything and they we're able to have the machine repaired in one day and at a better price than my usual mechanic. Not only did they fix my broken machine, but they explained the work they were doing and how I could avoid having the same problem in the future. Outstanding

To bring my Toro rider lawn mower into good condition, since they don't normally handle that brand, they made me buy all of the required parts and bring them to them. Then they mistakenly told me that the blades that I bought would not fit, which turned out to be untrue, I had to buy more blades. They did not improve the way the mower cuts the grass on one side. A year later the belt failed (one year?), turns out they should have replaced the idler pulleys. I bought the parts and fixed that myself. Now the mower cuts as it should. These guys were not much help and they were expensive.

DO NOT USE THERE SERVICES, BIG TIME FRAUD, PRAYS ON MECHANICALLY DECLINED !!! My mom recently had ride mower inspected by them to see whats wrong. You'd turn the key and hear a click which means the starters bad, bad connection, or a bad ground, Any person with any mechanical knowledge would know this the first second hearing it. (I wasn't around to help) They tried telling my mom that the cam has snapped and that it would need a new motor. I told my mom to deny service as I knew better, Later that day she picked it up not paying a dime because of the fraud. After checking the machine over it turns out they haven't even touched it!!! The original oil was in the motor still and everything, Not one thing was touched. What makes it even worse is the story they told her. The mechanic said to her that there's plastic inside the motor that melts and causing this to happen, I've pulled many motors apart and I can assure you that motors don't have plastic inside that will cause catostropic failure. Anyways fast forwards about a week and 20 bucks for a starter, I poped the old one off and the new one on and it ran perfect. If y'all want to spend your hard earned money on fraud be my guest, My mom almost bought a new lawnmower because of this. If I could give zero stars I would.

Terrible experience I went in to buy a John Deere riding lawn mower. The salesman was so cold and rude when I asked him when it would be delivered. I work with the pubic everyday and customer service is the most important asset to the business. Attitude is everything! Thank goodness I decided at that moment not to do business with them. I give them a 1 but they deserve a big zero!! I purchased another riding lawn mower at another place that same day! Owners, teach your team about great customer service and great attitude!!!

Not helpful. Went in with Husqvarna equivalent part numbers for my lawn mower. Was told because it's a Poulan the parts won't fit. Tried to explain that the parts were interchangeable across brands. Clerk told me that wasn't correct and wouldn't even research or show me parts. Bought the parts and blades I needed from an online retailer instead. So much for helping out a local business.
