This company does not meet its commitments, does not communicate when commitments are not met, does not fix its mistakes, and is dishonest about its methods. They didn't show up when they said they would for mowing my lawn, and didn't communicate why they didn't show up or reschedule without me asking them about it several days later on multiple occasions. They also didn't show up even when they rescheduled! They didn't prune one of my bushes correctly and said they would fix it "when they consider it convenient" after asking them multiple times over the course of 4+weeks to do so. I asked them about when they think it would be convenient but never got an answer to my question. They applied compost unevenly over my lawn so my grass' length has become noticeably uneven in patches. They also lied about not using heavy equipment to mow my lawn. I saw them use a mower with a stand-on in tow during their first mow.
