Had the grass seed I wanted (Rugby II) and great products for a decent price -- and I felt better buying local in store versus online --fresh seeds are the best! Possibly the only issue would be nice having an entrance sign coming from the opposite side of Dearborn st... I had to turn around at Wendy's (which made me hungry).

I have been on hold for 50 minutes trying to find out when a delivery scheduled for today was scheduled. No answer no delivery was a regular customer for over 20 years. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth

6 times no answer, bouncing around on some automated service. Got through my 1st try and checked with a customer on cost called back to schedule a delivery.. no answer within 3 minutes... none the next day and now no answer 3 note tries! Great business.. u guys are doing great... as if ur the only people selling dirt. What a commodity we cant find anywhere else.

Their customer service manager Andrea Ross is one of the most low class people I have ever delt with. My family spends THOUSANDS of dollars there every year to have our local stores done. Never again. She thinks she can't treat high paying customers like that, all while trashing local businesses that support her place of employment? Can't wait to talk to the owner REALLY soon.
