The only nursery that actually has customer service and is friendly. All others that I have tried have bad attitudes Toward their customers but these guys were great. Wouldn't go anywhere else Even though it's not close to me.

I have never experienced worse customer service. Ordered and paid for a tree to be installed almost a month ago. At the time of purchase we were promised a call the following week. We have called multiple times and get told that the 'person looking after installs is not in today'. They make a note of the call and tell me they will be in touch. Each time I call I am told that if I don't need to be there, then the install could happen sooner. But that still results in zero communication from them. I have just spoken to a lady called Robin, who upon telling that I am dissatisfied and want a refund, she responded with 'that's fine'. To me that speaks volumes. I have called 3 times before and each time was left feeling that they really don't care.

I have been here many times and am impressed with the selection. Some of the staff of very knowledgeable and can answer most any question. The owners on the other hand have no respect for the customers and never call you back. I think the poor customer service is a symptom of how management treats the customers.

Very poor customer service and communication. Paid for a consult and agreed to have some landscaping work done in early May. They never came to do the work nor did they say they were not coming so that we could hire another to do the work. We lost the entire spring planting season. Very disappointing.

I have found some very interesting plants at New England Nurseries that weren't being sold at other stores, so it is quite worthwhile to browse there frequently. Also, there is a woman that works there named Elaine who is a TREASURE. I'm not kidding! She knows EVERYTHING and is super helpful and has a great attitude. (She doesn't work every day so find out when she's there.)
