Excellent. Wanted yellow hybiscus, she checked and said they were out. Half hour later after getting soil, she came looking for me and said that she found a yellow. Way out her way, near extreme side of store. She is blonde, seserves a medal! Slip says Mack, but definitely a woman.

Very spacious greenhouse, I would recommend taking a walk inside during those cold winter days. Price is a little on the high side IMO.

I was looking for landscape Roses. They had a great selection of plants and a really knowledgeable staff! Having had the opportunity to visit both Winchester and Tewksbury I have to say Falmouth has one of the best selections of plants and garden accessories around.

My husband owns a landscaping company here in the Cape so he is here often. I don't come nearly as much. When I went this last time I was pleasantly surprised at the new additions like the shabby chic, wooden, mermaid wall hangings, soap dishes, and even flowing women's scarves!! Absolutely lovely!! Nice work, Mahoney's!!

I returned 5 plants which did not come up after planting last year along with my receipts. I was surprised to learn the policy on perennials is only 90 days. There is nothing on the Mahoney web site which discloses this policy. The manager at Mahoney’s said no nurseries offer a 12 month refund/credit on perennials. He didn’t even make a token offer of half credit toward replacement plants. Pretty poor customer service. He actually went so far to say that maybe the plants were not properly planted and watered. I told him all the other planting from another nursery were doing just fine. Well I checked and the first two I looked at offer a 12 month guarantee. Weston Nurseries and of all places, Home Depot. Hmmm – I guess you get what you pay for. Shame on you Mahoney’s.

The women that I dealt with in the beginning had poor customer service, it was as if she didn't even want to help me with what I was looking for. After finding what I needed, I asked her if she could hold the plant for me which she said she would. I returned the next day to find out that it was no longer there after I was told it would be. Come to find out because I didn't pay for it they didn't hold it and it was never mentioned to me that I needed too. I called and asked to speak to the manager and never received a phone call back. Needless to say, I didn't have a good experience at all.

Without question the Cape's preeminent garden center. An amazing array of high quality stock. Very helpful, knowledgable people. We especially love working with Harry... he's fun and amazingly helpful. They are a bit $$$ but we feel the selection, convenience and quality more than compensate.
