Plant-savers in an emergency situation! The lovely lady working here helped me with an emergency repotting - I’d received a potted succulent as a gift but had broken the pot on my way to my train and the fragile plant wouldn’t survive the 6hr journey. Flores Mantilla helped me repot into a beautiful new pot and saved my damaged plant just 30 minutes before I had to board my cross-state train. Thank you!

Absolutely a stunning flower shop to walk down to on Tremont Street in Boston! The atmosphere filled with unique plants and fresh flowers is always great to be surrounded with! Flores Mantilla and their team offer amazing and positive service! They do an amazing job with their floral arrangements, all the beautiful colors and varieties of flowers! This flower shop is definitely my first recommendation!

I was thrilled when this shop opened up as my neighbor on Tremont in the South End. The block is a brighter place because of the fresh blooms outside everyday. And then you walk into the store to be greeted by experienced staff, more beautiful products and an arrangement or plant to fit any budget. I just love Nancy (the owner) and her team. Being a bit clueless about flowers as I walked in I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into but the young lady at the Boston location walked me through a variety of options and was super knowledgeable about the inventory. She was able to articulate so much of that to me in a way to share the value of each flower she chose. She walked me through everything with patience and I left with a wonderful bouquet that I was able to talk about after. Absolute best customer service I've experienced in a long time.

I was looking for an arrangement for Mother’s Day and I walked into this store and I was blown away! It’s was entering a secret interior garden! The girl who help me with my order, Maria, was amazing and very knowledgeable about the caretake of plants. She put together the most gorgeous bouquet of flowers. hello Nancy. At first, I am the customer. it is my privilege to choose the product, symply because I am paying for it. you on the other hand, have no right to make a decision on substitute without my approval. I was nice and polite, when I called you first time. all I asked was to correct the "mistake" you made in your business. I kept calling during 4 days, trying to get this situation resolved. your staff member hung up on me, saying she has a customer to take care off. and who am I? not a customer?!!!! it is only after I start posting negative reviews, I gained an "honor" to be noticed by you. yes you are totally right. the life is short. specially the life of a poor handled business. I wish you luck. yet at this point I haven't received any confirmation of compensation for the poorly handled order. you are bagging me to take down my review, yet it is only your wording about new delivery , and in this situation I do not trust your words. you wasted my time and energy. I am a nice person, when not being scammed by people like you. good luck

Prettiest place in the South End to get flowers!

They have some really beautiful things here. Bought a ZZ plant with a nice planter. Looks great. Two months later I bought two more from a discount retailer but they don't look half as nice and were no bargain. I'll go back to Flores next time.

Nancy Mantilla is my favorite flower lady. She has been working in the flower industry for decades. You tell her what you want and she has a special talent that creates beyond your expectations. Highly recommend stopping buy and meeting her yourself and seeing what her beautiful quant store has to offer. There is nothing else like it.

Purchased tulip but on the delivery date they were apparently out of stock. They called to let us know but we were at work so we could not pick up. They decided to delivery pionies instead. We reached out to customer service to let them know we had purchased tulips and while the pionies were pretty, we wanted tulips. We suggested delivering tulips at a later date, which we thought seemed the most reasonable solution. The company to our surprised refused. We then asked for our money back, which they also refused. Really horrible experience and extremely shocking that a company would delivery a wrong product then refuse to provide the correct product or a refund.

Just picked up some flowers here for Valentine's Day. Great new flower shop in the area. Tasteful, clean, and a great value at $10 for a bunch of tulips that included free special wrapping. Indoor plant selection looked interesting, with giant succulents, ferns, and orchids. Staff was friendly and worked quickly. Great experience overall.

So happy they now have a Boston location! I frequent the Marblehead store often. The Boston location is very charming. They have a variety of plants and cut flowers, plus the prices are very reasonable. I was so happy to receive an arrangement ordered by my boyfriend the other day. He knows I’m not the biggest fan of roses or pink flowers, so they put together the nicest arrangement with some really unique flowers I’ve never seen before. The quality is impeccable. For Valentine’s Day they wrapped everything in the prettiest maroon and cream colors. And, they carry harbor sweets!!! I thought you could only get these on the north shore. Love this place! Ps. They’re open late!

Every time I use this florist they impress me. The gift arrangements are exquisite, unique and long lasting. You will not find timeless style like this anywhere else in the city. The arrangements offered on their website are gorgeous, but for something really special I highly recommend calling them personally to describe what it is you are looking for. They will absolutely nail it.
