As you can see the average score it has is very good, and it's based on a high number of scores, so we can be quite sure that the evaluation is very faithful. If people have bothered to rate when they've done well, is that it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to write feddbacks when these are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...

Outstanding gardens, historic home and wonderful history! Always worth a visit when in NOLA. A top cultural attraction!!
Brittany in the outdoor plant area is one of the best employee that I have come across in the customer service. She is helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. You got a great employee!! I will be back for all my plant needs
Love this place! The people are so nice and helpful! They're full of suggestions and advice! Great plant selection and comparable prices to Lowe's and other plant stores ( I got a Madagascar Palm for $15 and they were going for $22 at Lowe's). Planter and fountain selections are vast!
Never met anyone as snobby, rude and disrespectful as Ashley who seems to deal with customer returns or issues, problaley should think about putting someone else in charge instead of this lady. Went in this morning (3/3/18) with my two dead plants that i bought 5 days ago after calling several times with what was going on and was also instructed on another technique of care before i came in and the final time I called i was told to bring them in and i needed to speak with Ashley, who seems to be a hard person to track down. My mother and I were speaking with the cashier who was very nice telling us they have been having trouble with these plants the past week she was sorry for what had happend. Well after 5 minutes in walked Ashley. I began to tell her what happend and different pictures and videos (which she did not want to look at) and about the 4 times that I called. Well she was the most disrespectful snooby nose held high like she was better than everyone and proceed to loud cap me with other customers inside with the most disrespectful reply well you missed watering I see I said excuse me I water them plenty as I was instructed and water them yesterday she replies no you didn't it's dry they are dead this is how you need to water them. I proceeded to let her know i have a huge garden and many many plants and know how to take care of them and she sticks her finger on the top and says well not wet so let me get a new basket a replant these 2 plant for you. I told her that I did not want the plants that it died after 5 days with me taking care of them. She proceed to tell me that they only offer store credit no refund. I told her well per the receipt im before the 7 days and would like a full refund. She passes me off to a guy worker and tells him to refund me as she stands infront of me clipping the plant and loud capping me again stating to another employee no I'm talking care of this the customer let it dehydrate. I have never met someone so disrespectful and rude to a customer infront of other customers. Especially with the amount of customers in there and everyone talking to it getting very quiet with her disrespecful attitude once she didnt like what i had to say. My husband and I spent good money in there Sunday on other plants that are not dead and are thriving and she wants to tell me it's my fault. TPG you should have a talk with her on how to treat customers before other do not return like myself. I will never by another plant from TPG with the disrespect that myself and mother recieved from Ashley.
Always a pleasure shopping for plants here at TPG. Everyone is always so helpful and attentive to my needs of plant knowledge for different projects. They have always been such a great help.
Lovely nursery! There were tons of staff people around in every section who asked if I needed anything every time. All very friendly! And they answered all the questions I had about different plants. They have a really nice selection of healthy, beautiful plants. Also my dog was able to walk around with me and everyone was so nice to him and they got him water because it was so hot and let him lie down in the AC.
Response: My first emails to you were surface emails to set up a meeting. I asked repeatedly to meet and or have a call with you to explain in detail what transpired. I was willing to let the little issues go (ie- the shape of my bouquet), but when you did not return my calls or emails for a week at a time or wouldn't respond, I listed every issue to you in an email. I thought you might like to know what happened and how I was treated. I was told what I wanted could be accomplished within my budget. I would have given more money had someone contacted me to explain I was misquoted. This doesn't matter as my final conversation with Eva was to have one LARGE arrangement and 2 candelabras with candles. So, the money I originally paid you for the three arrangements should have been more than enough for the one centerpiece. I have attached a photo so people can judge for themselves if what you gave me is considered large by any other bride's standards. I tried to handle this with you privately on a number of occasions. It did not have to be this way. It still doesn't. You have my number. Call me if you want to discuss. I was recently married on October 20th. With more than 5 hours of face-to-face meetings, texts, emails and calls to go over every single detail of my wedding flowers and decor, The Plant Gallery Floral Manager, Eva (who took on my wedding project after their floral designer took another job at the end of September), made decisions regardless of what we discussed and agreed upon without notifying me. My large centerpieces were NOT large, they were the wrong shape, and included flowers and greenery I DID NOT APPROVE. I wanted a large amount of candles, but the amount of candles at my wedding were sparse to say the least. I was also supposed to have candles at the church per our last discussion. No candles in the church! Her email to me the week of the wedding was inappropriate and unprofessional while finalizing details because she felt inconvenienced. Who places an order for non-refundable decor without checking with the bride first? She emailed me to let me know she spent her day off getting the items (like she is the only one who works on her day off). And, I was supposed to be getting the items, not her, because TPG dropped the ball from our original conversation. Mind you, the original designer, who I loved and was working with left The Plant Gallery. No one reached out to me after she left to make sure TPG knew exactly what I wanted. At my request, I spent almost two hours on a call with Eva and one of my wedding planners re-going over the details of the wedding florals and decor. Eva told me she ordered the florals without being sure she had ordered the correct shade of red, but she said it would go great. Why was I not contacted? The red was not the correct shade. I feel Eva lacked the attention to detail and professionalism I expect from a wedding vendor. She did not respect my vision for my wedding or the time I spent going over wedding details in that specific approved florals and decor were not used. And, don’t even get me started on the smaller arrangements for the smaller tables at my reception and the flowers for the cake! Sparse is an understatement and my choices of flowers and and vases were ignored!! This review only scratches the surface of my experience. I emailed the owner, Kenny Rabalais, to explain my extreme disappointment in his company. After requesting multiple times to meet with him and/ or have a call with him, he asked me to email him again. It took me a few days to put together my email along with subsequent emails including attachments outlining my experience. The emails were sent on November 9 to Kenny as well as Eva and TPG’s accountant (who was on copy to Kenny’s email to me), and I have received no response or resolution of the matter. The customer service or lack thereof by the owner of this company is appalling. I should not have to explain my “side” of the story over and over again and prove why I have a right to be disappointed.
Always nice stuff
Love this place. The plants here are healthy and staff are great and helpful. I’ve gone to plenty of nurseries and plant stores and this has been my favorite so far. Highly recommend!
Visited here after a less than pleasant experience at a different garden center. This place was great! Good selection and very pleasant staff.
Great selection of plant material—indoor and outdoor. Very impressed with the quality of the plants and the staff.
A very unprofesional woman named Ashley attempted to assist my daughter and I .She spoke down to us and and did not want to honor the policy on the RECEIPT WHERE IT CLEARLY STATED TPG POLICY. ... HOWEVER THE YOUNG LADY WORKING THE REGISTER TOOK THE REINS AND CLEANED UP MS ASHLEE RUDE MANERISUM . DROPPED QUITE A BIT OF MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT BUT AFTER TODAY NEVER AGAIN
Beautiful nursery and selection!! Staff is helpful and when you ask a questions, you get thorough, precise and friendly answers. Ashley knows her stuff and was very accommodating . You can stroll the garden and get some wonderful ideas. The indoor shop is stunning !
Great spot. Best selection of pots and fountains in town. Cheerful and knowledgeable staff.
Good selection not the best quality
My birthday flowers ordered from The Plant Gallery may be the prettiest arrangement I have ever received! Thank you TPG!
Great plants at great prices, discount ta given to landscapers!!
Wonderful place to shop! Great selection of plants, pots, and fountains!
Beautiful store and very helpful staff. Definitely the biggest selection of plants and pots in town. I love that their plants are from local growers.
Awesome!
Stopped in at plant gallery for some large palms was helped by super knowledgeable guy Tracy. Price was decent but customer service was priceless!
Your floral arrangements had every vendor, including photographer & videographer, complimenting me on how absolutely beautiful everything was! Imagine how that made me & my husband feel! I’ve been telling everyone I know who’s planning a wedding to go to TPG, PLEASE! Eva & the rest of your staff are amazing. Every floral arrangement, bouquets & all, left family, friends, me & most importantly our daughter, the bride, speechless. What TPG really provided was a lifetime of perfect wedding memories for our daughter to cherish & share with her future children. Thank you so much, Tracie LeCompte
Great place, plants, and people!
The Christmas tree that I ordered and paid for $225 for a 6 - 7 foot tree, was quite disappointing. The tree is about 5 ft with a 1 foot stalk on top. The lights were adequate. I would have NEVER picked out this tree The delivery men were very professional and friendly. I am just so unhappy with the quality of the tree . I never would have thought that TPG would have put their name on a tree like this.
It’s a magical place. Must come see. The manager and staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable.
Beautiful property with wonderful staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful crew. They have everything you need for your garden as well as for the home. Huge selection of pots and fountains! You will not be disappointed at The Plant Gallery.
My wife and I fill our garden with plants we find here. Hibiscos and sunflowers are our favorites, so we have a ton of those. They have such a variety of colors of each different kind of plant and flower, so we can make our garden look like it has a ton of variety, even just buying 1-2 kinds.
The employee I initially spoke with was very polite and I believe she was trying to help. But, I left at least 4 messages that went unanswered and ultimately had to purchase my Christmas tree elsewhere.
An all over great experience from the helpful staff to a larger variety of plants and shrubs than most other nurseries I've been to. Had everything I was looking for. They were also able to come out and landscape the property. What a great job they did.
Great customer service, nice friendly & knowledgeable staff!!
I LOVE TPG! They just did my wedding on February 2 and there was not one thing I was unhappy with. Eva listened to my vision and ideas and created exactly what I wanted. I am still having guests from my wedding telling my how gorgeous the flowers were. TPG was on time for delivery and set up and at the end of the night they cleared it all out, I did not have to worry about one thing! I highly recommend booking a consultation with them today to see how they can help your vision for your wedding.
It is so refreshing to go to a local family owned store where the owners do not take advantage of their employees and work to keep everyone happy! They did landscaping work at my home and I literally cried tears of joy when they were done. It is my grandparents old house, and my grandparents would have been so proud of how their yard looks!
The best plants and staff in the city!
