I hate to be cheated. For the second time in about 2 years I ordered limestone from D's Garden Center on Pecue Lane. Two years ago, everything went as planned. This last time, I ordered 5 cubic yards. The delivery was delayed 5 times, but I waited patiently assuming they were having a problem with their supplier. When the limestone arrived I measured the volume. It's not hard to do. I'm a certified math teacher so I found it easy to do. I received 2 cubic yards, not 5. When I called D's Garden Center I was told I was wrong. Maybe come out to measure yourself? Nope, I was wrong. So stay away from D's Garden Center! They are obviously cheats and I hate to be cheated out of 60% of what I paid for.

Love this place! I have been here multiple times and I plan on coming back. The staff are so knowledgable about their products and I can tell that they truly care about their customers. They have always been so helpful and they even do deliveries...which is so convenient for my busy lifestyle! You can't beat these prices! I love supporting local businesses like D's Garden Center. Their products really are so beautiful and their Christmas trees are the BEST!!! I can't wait to make another trip back here and add some new plant babies to my collection :)

Friendly staff and a great selection of Christmas trees! They secured it to the top of our car and it didn't move! All of the trees are kept in water so they aren't dry and losing needles. I'd definitely get a tree here again!

I have dealt with D's both personally and professionally. In both case service, products, and treatment were top notch. I have dealt with just about every garden center and big box store in town. D's prices are comparable to all, the plants and shrubs were all in great shape, and their amount of knowledge in their products was impressive. I have used them for my own home and also for professional jobs. I was very please with all of the products I personally used and all my customers had only positive remarks. I will continue to shop at and support D's Garden Center for all my projects. Thanks Mrs. D and gang for the outstanding customer service!

I only gave it 1 star because I have to in order to post my review. Horrible. Employees asked if they could help - but never came back to actually help. Plants have no prices, the owner, Laura, abandoned us because a guy asked if he could close a program on the computer when we were trying to buy bedding plants for my beds. I called to express my experience with the owner, Laura, & was hung up on twice. What Laura does not know is that we had spent $100.00 there in 1 week but after today she will never see another cent. Do not judge a person by the clothes they wear. I spend a great deal of money on my yard every Spring - but $26.00 on a bale of pine straw is robbery! On top of being insulted. Then being hung up n twice because the person who claims to be the owner does not care - we live 5 minutes away, we have neighbors, & I keep the beds for several nearby subdivisions - I will share my experience today. Especially the part about the owner, Laura, hanging up on me after she said "I will run my business how I want to run my business" click. Well so will I.

Stopped by a couple of times to buy mulch. The woman working there acted like it was a lot of trouble to take my money and certainly no accompanying "thank you". She pointed me to the bales of pine straw offered no help and walked away. I loaded it myself. Also she never invited me to look around or to come back. No problem, I didn't, I haven't and never will.

Came here to look at Christmas trees. The last few years we have always purchased from a big box store and have been a little disappointed in the selection and quality. The selection here was spectacular and arranged neatly by size. The staff was very friendly and explained the differences in the different varieties offered. Best part was the tree didn't shed more than a dozen needles bringing it upstairs and getting it set up which tells me they have been watered while being stored here which is something the big box stores don't even think about doing! Will definitely come back for a tree next year!!
