First time I went there was a few minutes before opening time. They were open and had the parts I needed. Very friendly people. I plan on doing business there more often. They even have some climbing equipment in there. Not to mention a ton of saws. Great place for a chainsaw man to shop

This business deserves every star and more. Referred by my father in law for chainsaw chain. They have great deals on blades. Went back a second time with issues with chainsaw starting, they had me fixed up within less then 15 minutes. Very knowledgeable owner and staff. They've made me devoted customer. As a female, I get a lot of strange looks and no help most of the time when I ask questions in this type of field. In no way did c&m make me feel stupid or an inconvenience, and I encourage any female / male that works with stihls to visit these guys. This is a smaller family ran business (without the price tag of exclusivity), started by the grandfather over 60 years ago, and has been handed down. Keep it up guys, c&m will last 60+ years more
