I contacted Bob's Tree Service for a quote to treat several trees. The representative contacted me and set up a time to evaluate my tree issue however he did not keep the appointment nor did he call to inform me of the change in scheduling. So far, the level of professionalism displayed is sourly lacking in my opinion.
