A few weeks ago we were on a small little vacation and stayed at Poverty Point in Delhi. We took a little day trip out to Monroe on one of our days and had a great time visiting this museum. Everything was so beautiful. What a marvelous piece of history. I never would have believed something like this was near here. We definitely recommend it. We hope to come back in the future.

Nice exhibits of coke memorabilia, the lady working in the gift shop was very polite, the young lady "working" in the museum was less than helpful. We went next door to tour the house, the tour guide was very knowledgeable and informative. The house and garden were beautiful. The images of Christ and bible muesum were nice.

Gina Ables

We were disappointed in the employees at the Coke museum. All 3 made us feel like we had inconvienced them. BUT, Camelia at the home, Bible and Garden museums made our trip wonderful!

Michael Murray

The tour was personal and professional. Interesting facts, but tour guides had limited knowledge. However, it was a nice find and we learned a lot.

This place is worth the stop. The tour guide Felicia giving the tour on Coca Cola was very knowledgeable and friendly. Then we went to the Biedenharn home where we toured with Becky who was also very knowledgeable. The house has some beautiful pieces. The Bible Museum was extra special.

What a horrible lasting impression! Five of us arrived for pictures to greet a polite woman named Becky at the garden's gate. We had never been and did not know where to start. We were told to go down the block to pay for admission inside the museum and we would need to accommodate a scheduled photography session. Well.. we get inside the museum, excited and was greeted by a crass woman whose name I did not catch. She not only was unnecessarily aggressive about making a point of the customers of the museum but had the audacity to go so far as to tell us that we should just go ahead and take the tour while we were there since we paid for it. In the interest of making an honest opinion of the place, here's the gist: The gardens are marvelously beautiful and none of us will ever return there again because of that woman's attitude towards us. God bless Becky for making our experience past that introduction bearable. It is truly unfortunate that a place so well kept is fronted by one of the rudest attitudes I have encountered at an establishment.

The lady that gave us the tour in the coke museum was incredibly friendly and passionate about the museum. We really enjoyed hearing the story and seeing the old Coca Cola memorabilia. This place is definitely worth stopping by, the coke from the vending machine is only 5 cents!

Went during Christmas. It was great. Perfect for a family outing to see lights and decorations and model trains.

Tuesday McCall

Beautiful house. Tour guide at the house was TOO chatty.

thomas kendera

Was a great stop we unexpectedly made. The tour of the house was beautiful and filled with great history. Our guide was a sweet old lady who made sure to get our children involved. The young soda jerk was very friendly and knowledgeable. The gardens were nice, nothing to fancy, but worth the walk. The nickel cokes at the end were quite refreshing. Worth the stop if your looking for something to do for an hour or so.

Constance Ellingson

Personalized tour of the Coca Cola bottling beginnings and 5 cent cokes. An extensive Bible museum with beautiful walking gardens to stroll through.

I've been to the Biedenharn Gardens three times (twice on a class field trip, and once with my daughters). I have thoroughly enjoyed all three trips, and am dying to take my mom, as I know that she would really love the bible museum and gardens. I do understand what a previous poster meant by the crass demeanor from one of the ladies. However, overall, everyone was so friendly and pleasant. I wouldn't dare let the attitude of one or two people ruin my outlook on the overall outing.

Dennis Atwood

Love the Bible museum!!

Angel Johnston

Its a great learning experience for children!!! The staff are always friendly as well...

Amanda McGinnis

The Coke tour was slightly interesting (very short!) but the women running the home tour are the most snotty and upitty women I've ever met. My father is handicapped and they treated us very poorly and acted like he was a complete invalid when he isn't. This place is NOT handicapped accessible by standard terms. One of the Coke tour women was really nice and helped us figure out how to get around the outside of the building...but the rest were incredibly rude and made us feel very unwelcome. Shame that people act that way.

Christi Tynan

Interesting little stop and the staff were awesome!
