I am rarely impressed or surprised by the quality of work and attention to detail by companies I deal with both professionally and personally. In working with Angelo's to complete our new home and add the finishing touches to our pool, patio, driveway and landscaping I was beyond impressed. The speed with which they worked, the way they resolved issues before I could bring them up, and how good the design turned out was well above what I was expecting. The great part is as they continue to service our home, they take responsibility for their quality of work from 6 months ago and are willing to address any issue. They actually ask if there are any issues all the time seeking them out versus running from them which is the norm in so much business today. I get clear communication after each service and there is a quality control check visit every month outside of the service itself. There are less expensive options for your home, outdoor living space, and yard, and as someone who has used the lowest priced approach in the past, I now see the difference in the crews, products, and attention to detail. In the past landscaping was a necessary evil and now I actually enjoy driving into my driveway and sitting in back yard. We are very thankful for the time Jared, Tony, Mr. Angelo & team have invested in the project to create a special place for us.

We just had Angelo's re-do our landscaping around our house and completely redesign and "hard-scape" our courtyard. The design and outcome was fabulous. It is exactly what we wanted and were looking to achieve. Construction was done timely and efficiently and the completion date was ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Angelo's to a friend.

I absolutely love the landscaping and golf area. Angelo's by far surpassed my expectations. The trees are exactly what I was looking for without knowing how to express it when Laura and Mr Angelo came to my home. I also appreciate how patient Shawn was in helping me to visualize the end result. Plus let’s not forget the awesome hardworking crew who worked so tirelessly in the heat to ensure the project was completed on time.

I am currently [5/20-5/24] on a job near the corner of Prytania and Fourth St. in New Orleans. The landscape contractor has been represented to me as Angelo's out of Baton Rouge. There may be more than one Angelo's that is in the landscape business in Baton Rouge. I met Angelo's employees on the jobsite yesterday, May 22, 2018, and they seemed professional, and courteous. They were there to clean up an adjacent yard that faces Prytania, on the corner of Fourth St. This adjacent yard is owned by an elderly neighbor that was gracious enough to allow her young neighbors to use her yard as a lay-down lot [a place to stage and store material.] When I arrived there this morning, May 23, 2018, a Demo-Diva dumpster remained on site. It was removed this morning. What remains is a mess. The elderly neighbor [I'm 60, she's really elderly, okay ] has a couple of inch layer of the construction sand washed out across her lawn, maybe an area of 25' x 50'. There is still trash on the site, and it is obvious that the yard looked a lot better before the project started, quite some time ago from what I've been led to believe. The Angelo's employee that I met had stated that they'd have this all done by Friday - except for the pool plastering. I'm looking forward to driving by and seeing that. All of my foreseeable work is in that area for this week and next, anyhow.

Angelo's designed and installed a brick/flagstone patio, replaced existing poles with New Orleans style poles, added beautiful landscaping, as well as a trellis with gas lanterns. The entire experience was nothing short of FANTASTIC. Laura and the entire team were professional throughout the process and attended to every request. The crew was always on time and kept the worksite extremely tidy. When they said they were coming, they showed up. They worked long hours to finish each stage of the project. I have been through many construction projects over the last 20 years, and I can honestly say, this was the most enjoyable experience I've ever had.

We hired Angelo's a year and a half ago and it's been the best landscaping decision we've ever made. They've transformed our backyard into the outdoor space we've wanted for a long time. All the flower beds have been replaced in the back of our home. And, they do all the routine weekly maintenance as well. Beautiful design, plant selection, and execution and their crews are the nicest guys.

Unprofessional all around. Do not waste your time or money dealing with Angelo's. Told them repeatedly to knock on door so we could make sure the dogs weren't outside. Never did. Left the gate open numerous times and my dogs escaped. When we moved and called to let them know the address, the still went to the old address and mowed that yard despite my old next door neighbor telling them to stop. When called to let them know, they thought it was funny and laughed. But I paid for someone else's yard to get done and they didn't do my new yard 'til the next week. Very unhappy with them and currently switching to a different company.
