This rating is for the sales process more than anything else, as they are unable to deliver to my desired address. That’s fine, and I can fully understand that, but I don’t see why they have to charge me the price of the purchase to determine this, and then email me to say that they cannot deliver there and that I will get a refund in a few days. Just don’t charge the clients until you know that you can deliver in the first place. How hard is that?

Gilroy sent flowers 2 days too early. Was supposed to be sent on the ladies 80th birthday on the 23rd August and instead arrived on the 21!! I was dismayed when recipient called to say thankyou. Also Gilroy never sent e-mail confirmation, otherwise I could have caught the error!!!

My friend in USA sent me a picture of the flowers we sent her from England and they were beautiful, exactly the same as the one we chose displayed on your web-site. I'm very impressed and the time difference meant that the flowers were delivered the same day as we ordered them. We've sent flowers before by other companies and they were nothing like we chose to send - these were and I certainly will use 1st in Flowers again. Very satisfied customer.

I ordered online and was unpleasantly surprised when the flowers delivered were different from what I ordered and much worse looking and volume wise were much less. I will never order again.

I ordered 55 dollars worth of flowers that on the third day late I HAD TO CALL THEM as they searched the database they saw they were never processed to a delivery person. If I hadn't called them who knows how long it would have been. I asked instead of a refund if they could give my mother something extra since her husband, my step dad passed away the month prior. They assured me they would but when the flowers arrived it was only what I paid for. Upset I felt lied to twice on promised delivery date and literally ANYTHING extra they could give my grieving mom ( they have 3 dollar plushies, cookies, gift basket etc ) I decided to write an email. That was 4 days ago I sent the email asking for assistance with my order. No response. I waited and gave them every opportunity to make things right but they do not care. They only care about money. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

The photo shows the one I had ordered, and the other is the actual delivery flowers that I received. I was not at all pleased with the product. I wished I had read the poor review before I purchased them online. I will NEVER order and the fact they received one star is because I could not leave a review without at least one!

Their customer service has been timely and excellent. I accidentally ordered to the wrong place and they were very helpful and showed great alacrity in canceling the order. I did not like that the service charge was not advertised with the original price of the flowers, but ultimately it was sensible and not too high. Plus there are plenty of special deals and promo codes that bring the price back down.

Very unprofessional service. I have given 1st flowers numerous chances to make up for their mistakes. They always get the order wrong, they don't deliver on time. I called the customer service about the 4-day delay for a birthday delivery, and they were NOT apologetic or understanding of the situation. I absolutely do NOT recommend this service. It is a joke.

If there were an option for negative stars such would be left. They protect criminals information!!! Police had asked for a phone number and address of stolen purchase: as per requested, I asked 1st in flowers for the above info and they would not divulge a phone number and or shipping address that was used with my bank account. Said they would not help and hung up. Sad business. Would not buy from and didn’t in the first place. Also if there is a problem with fraud there is no number as they say they don’t have one and won’t give you a customer service number. They call you back on a blocked private number. Do not do business with. Criminal purchases approved.
