Took my bad boy in to get it repaired under warrantee. Called last week to ask then if they do warrantee work, they said yes. I took it in this morning and the first thing they asked is where did you buy it. I told them it was out of town. They said they only warrantee work on Bad boys mowers they sell. I am contacting bad boy.

Well my father n law took his tractor there for repairs on the non working pto. They called him and told him an engineer from Mahindra had looked at it and it needed a $700 valve to fix the problem. He told them if that will fix the pto then change the valve. He also had the fluids and filters changed. Upon picking up the tractor he was informed that the pto was still not functioning and he was handed a bill for a $1300 oil change. Now I do not own a tractor buisness, but seems to me that this kind of service will not help your buisness grow in the long term. My father n law, being the honest hard working man he is paid this bill. I just hope that this little paragraph of honesty will help you prevent getting taken advantage of like he has. It's just not right.
