I agree with other reviewers, basic customer service skills is what the staff at this location lacks. They don't know the product they sell, when I asked a question about the difference between two plants, they just said to read the label. Overall, just rude and agitated responses in general instead of looking for ways to assist or find the answers from the manager.

Super helpful staff. Went there to get a new pot for a palm tree. Megan explained to me palms love a crowded pot. Ended up walking out with a different plant and happy daughter thanks to complimentary popcorn.

I couldn't disagree more with the other reviewer. I have always had a great experience at Earl May. They always take time to answer my questions and make sure they understand what I'm working on so they can help me find the right products for my project. They are often quite busy, particularly on the weekends, so I have had to seek out a staff person from time to time, but once I do they have always been helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

My wife and I stopped in to browse for ideas and maybe bring some plants home. We ran into Megan who was the greatest of help. Megan went well above and beyond what she needed to and kept our 7yr old occupied with the Sensitive plant, popcorn and doughnuts. Earl May then delivered the large flowers and pots by van and the two guys who delivered them were just as nice and helpful. Thank you for the great experience. Rob & Betsy

I was thoroughly disappointed in the employees at this location today. They were more interested in getting ready to close 30 minutes early than helping a customer. I came in looking for a certain shrub that I purchased at another location. They told me they didn't carry it and hadn't in 2 years. No one offered to look it up in the computer or on the property. My husband and I found the shrub and when we went to purchase the employee didn't apologize. He said there are a lot of plants here. No kidding! I will not shop at this location again.
