Im so unimpressed with this place. Its been 1 and a half months since I ordered trees and shrubs to be delivered and planted. Still havent showed up. Expecting them this week when I get a call saying it'll be another week before they get delivered. Theres been ZERO rain days. Now I went in last week to check on my shrubs. So there were 4 in stock of a particular large bush that I ordered. 3 nice full lush bushes and 1 that has all the leaves falling off. Surprise surprise guess which one was in the "bought staging" area for me. Thats rite the one losing all its leaves. If these people try and deliver some dying leafless shrub or tree im going to refuse delivery and cancel the $2000 plus order. Im a first time customer and so far I cant imagine being a return customer or even recommending anybody I know shop here. I may just cancel the order when I go in this week.

Very friendly staff. I went there with two children in a double stroller and was having a hard time maneuvering both the plants on a cart and stroller. They walked the plant cart around for me,and even loaded up my car for me while I was checking out. Amazing experience!

Love this place. Have purchased many plants from them, and they did my garden plans for both my houses over the years. Join their email list to get info on regular seminars they put on. And be sure to check out the multiple water features over the property - gorgeous!

We have at least 4 trees from Wasco Nursery, they are beautiful and doing great. The crew that planted our trees were wonderful, it looked like the trees had always been there because they cleaned up so we'll. The staff at the nursery were also very helpful when picking out our trees.

A always helpful staff with tons of knowledge. If they don't know the answer to your situation, they will find out. Staff go above and beyond to help and teach you about your plants and trees. Workshops are helpful too.

Beautiful plants and helpful, nice people. We asked if they had any discounts to replace the three rose bushes that we bought last year that died over the winter. They replaced them at no charge after verifying our purchase in their system and seeing a photo. I guess you usually dig up and bring back the dead plants for their replacement program. We didn’t know they had a guarantee, but happened to have a picture on our phone and they replaced the roses at no charge by just seeing that. We didn’t expect that and were very pleased. They gave us tips on how to improve the area for the plants to thrive too. Happy to do business with a local, caring, nursery.

We have been customers for many years and have never been disappointed. Today, we had a Autumn Blaze Maple planted. It is a beautiful tree and a nice addition to our property. Both of the installers, Zack and Jose, did a very professional job, taking the time to watch for above wires, plantings, positioning. Great clean up job too! Thanks guys!

We had Wasco design our back yard from scratch. There were pros and cons (listed below), but the pros so outweighed the cons that I stand behind the 5 star rating I'd give them. Pros: Very knowledgeable designer who created a solid plan; cost of plan taken off of final bill once we agreed to move forward 3-year plant warranty - I've never seen another nursery go more than a year Install crew was very fast, respectful, and professional Their recommendation of a patio contractor was a good one Cons: Long lag time from the nursery in between calls/emails - realize they're a small time operation in the grand scheme of things and act like it a bit Staff is a bit thin/aloof at the nursery itself; it took a while to get good help One month after install, they came out as promised and replaced a hydrangea that didn't make it.
