Awesome Company to work with. When ever I have a major project I do my homework , I look at online reviews, get bids from at least four companies. Our house was in dire need of new windows, many had hard water stains that were impossible to get off. Some of them would not even open. After receiving the bids and looking at the reviews I went with Window World of Boise. There bid was very competitive and the quality of windows was excellent. The whole experience was very pleasant we started with the sales rep, his name is Edward, great guy, took the time to come to our house explain the process and made us feel very comfortable. When the installers arrived they were very efficient, Marshall the lead installer is a work horse, he did not stop for almost 8 hours . His crew did a great job of cleaning up and making sure I knew how to operate the windows. They have great features to make cleaning a breeze. The owner Bill was always available to answer any questions and even came out to check on the job and make sure we were happy. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Overall quite disappointed in the service we received. Windows are great, but we also hired Window World for their installation services. We were left with quite a bit of mess to clean up (the installers left my back door open when cutting a slab of granite and I was left with fine dust all over my dining room furniture and flooring). And the caulking around the windows was done quite poorly. There were large gaps left around the windows where they had to come back and fill in with more caulk. And we were left with quite a bit of "touch up" painting we had to do ourselves to clean up around our windows where the caulking was done in a hurry. I also have a picture window which is way up high in my entry way and I don't have the equipment to do the "touch up" paint needed to make that window look finished. Disappointed that the installers didn't take a little more time and care with their finish work. We hired Window World for their product and their service and I'm disappointed that I was left with quite a bit of work that I had to do myself and am still working on finishing.

We did a lot of window shopping. We were so impressed with Window World from the first presentation to them being installed. Two of our windows had some water damage, Shane and Ryan not only installed the windows but were able to fix all the damage. They were very fast and very nice to work with. We love our new windows. I recently had Window World replace all the windows in my home along with two storm doors. I have to say that out of all the bids I received Yo from Window World was the most professional and detailed in explaining and showing us every aspect of their windows and the step by step procedure of replacing my existing windows. He covered all the bases so there would not be any unexpected costs since I had a tricky install due to J channels on my siding and alarm system issues. Sean the installer was excellent. Very meticulous in his work and clean up. Fantastic company and product.

I would give them more stars if available ... From sales guy Yo, to the front desk Toni, to the install crew Marshall and his team, everything went smooooooth... These guys were on top of it! And the price was right for a really great product ... I took a few different bids and some were ridiculous! Some were twice as much and had me feeling desperate ... So I called window world and my faith in people who stand by what thier doing was renewed! These guys are proffesionals! And I mean they love what they do and they love thier customers! Me and my wife depend on reviews when we purchase anything ... So let me as a fellow customer say this ..... -Do yourself a favor and avoid using anyone but window world! I would first like to say, that in all my research, online, builders, references and educational materials, it came down to "A Window is a Window". They are all made to same industry standards, they all meet same Government Regulations, and for the most part they all look the same. So what set Window World Apart, customer service and non-pushy sales people. Like most people, we did our research, and got 3 bids and presentations from 3 of the top window replacement professionals. All of them brought in their windows. All of them showed the quality of construction, glass, sealing, ratings, and warranty. Once again, a window is a window. Now the difference, 2 of them, rather than comparing their windows to the competitors and showing the differences, they proceeded to bash the other manufactures, telling me how bad they were, crappy, and didn't stand by their warranties. They even went as far as bringing in competitors windows to show the "lack of quality" In other words, they were very negative. But not Joel with Window World, he was positive, show the advantages of his windows. He was very polite, did his song and dance in a small amount of time, and ask for the business. But remember window is a window...now comes the installation. The windows arrived on time, and we were kept inform with the progress of the manufacturing of the windows. WW gave us a date and time of installation, and they kept it. The installation will very professional, they crew was on time, very well organized and kept the installation mess down. The crew was polite and did everything in their power to keep the dust and construction materials clean. 30 days later, we are extremely happy with both the windows and installation. I would highly recommend Window World of Boise.

This was our second time using Window World. The second time was just as great as the first. Our new shower window looks better than I could have imagined. The installers did an amazing job re-framing in a smaller window as well as matching the existing cladding and siding. Will definitely recommend.

If I could give a zero rating I would. I actually had WW install windows at my house a year or so ago and had a good experience so I thought I should use them again. My experience this time was very different. The salesperson that came out gave a lot of misinformation and then proceeded to take two weeks to give me a partial estimate that was hand written and almost illegible. I had to call several times to get it and was told "you are not my only customer". I called the office to see if I could get someone else to help me, but was treated very rudely. I even asked to talk to the owner, but he never bothered to call me back. An example of how not to run a business.

When the windows arrived they scheduled our appointment, and even though it had to be moved because of weather, it was to fit our schedules. Horrid customer service over the phone. The woman that answered the phone on 12/19/17 at 3:30pm was very aggressive. I called to ask about getting a quote. She spoke over me sever times and started asking several questions in a row using industry jargon and again, speaking over me. The call ended with me hanging up on her. I happen to work in the industry and I would never speak to a potential paying cuatimer like that. Absolutely lost my business on a whole house of windows and siding. I will be sure to mention it to my friends and family.

Window World is the best! We needed to change out some old windows and had scheduled to get estimate from a few companies. After dealing with pushy and dishonest sales people from all the other companies we finally got to sit down with the salesperson from Window World and what a refreshing experience that was. First off, Yovko was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and most of all honest. He was the ONLY salesperson who had a price list to show us and calculated the price right in front of us based on that price list. Nobody else from any of the other companies had a price list; they all would hide their phones or tablets under the table and then give us some made up quote. Yovko placed his paper on the table and showed us all of their pricing. Not only are they honest with their pricing but their pricing is the lowest and nobody can beat it. The actual installation experience was nothing short of great. Marshall and his team came out right on time and worked really hard to get the windows installed very quickly. They were polite and showed us how to work the new windows and they cleaned well after themselves before leaving. They did a great job and the windows look beautiful. We can already tell the difference and cannot even feel the heat coming through like the rest of the old windows in the house. Overall great experience from the office people, to the salesperson, to the actual window installation. Extremely happy that we went with Window World and will use them again in the future to change more windows. Highly recommend them to anyone!

I called and scheduled a quote from these guys. They came out, spent about an hour with us helping us pick out a new front door. Our door size didn’t come in too many options. Dude left and said he’d get back to us the next day on options for our particular door size and he never ever followed up with us. They just went MIA. What a waste of time. UPDATE: Just double checked my voice mail. There was no voice mail left. We would have loved to discuss other options in the doors you had available if someone had followed through with us.

I wanted to update my review as we recently had six windows replaced. The installers did an equally great job. They were very fast and did a good job cleaning up after. We had a patio door installed in the fall and so glad we decided to do the whole house. Its already made such a difference. Was a great experience and affordable.
