Dave was amazing and so easy to work with! We 'borrowed' the sample books after he came to our home and cabin, then called him with our questions and wishes, had quotes sent to us via email in no time and within just a few weeks, he followed up with full installation! We loved every kind of window treatment we got (of course the wood, custom shutters are our favorite)! We recommend WCO to anyone looking for window treatments!

From start to finish I had an AMAZING experience, I believe it was Brad who came out and measured for my window coverings, I explained how OCD I was and he recommended the perfect window coverings. Fast forward four weeks to delivery, the nicest, most polite, friendly, professional compassionate installer named Larry shows up for installation. Once again remember I am severely OCD, he did a perfect installation, everything was even and perfect, he cleaned up after himself and was all around just a great guy. I was having a problem with one of my pull chains being stiff so I called and talked to Kevin, he got Larry back out right after the Thanksgiving holiday. Today Larry arrived with a smile on his face ready to help, my daughter had just gotten home from the hospital so he was being as quiet as he possibly could be and fixed my pull chain. This is where Larry went above and beyond in my opinion,,,, my window coverings by my front door are not able to have pull chains to raise them and it was driving me nuts not being able to see out so I asked Larry if we could have them in permanent open (they are the transition shades), he said let me see what I can do, ten minutes later they are in the permanent open position, perfectly spaced and even and I couldn't be happier. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND WINDOW COVERING OUTLET AND ASK FOR LARRY TO BE YOUR INSTALLER, YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID. Sincerely, Angela the happiest customer you have!

Kevin is a superb consultant and helped me to find exactly what I needed to fit my wife's office window coverings based on her description to me. Excellent quality blinds, no holes that let light come through which is important for her work. They had amazing prices, better than other places online that made similar quality blinds, plus they installed them!! That is what I really loved, my installer was awesome and did an amazing job, thank you Larry. Dave is an awesome owner, he was clearly involved with his team and made sure we were happy with our selection. This is what makes me want to remind everyone, just getting a better price online isn't always the best deal. My wife is thrilled, her office really looks beautiful and these guys went the extra mile to take care of us. Went to Window Covering Outlet for a rough quote. Then I went to a 'big box' store. Went back to WC Outlet for an in home estimate. Got better service, better price, same quality....national brand while dealing with Locals who care about customers and community.

We have worked with Window Covering Outlet twice now for plantation shutters and a vanishing screen door. Their service is exceptional and so is their product. From the sales manager to the installer, everything was quality-made, delivered and installed on time. We had a minor glitch this last time due to placement of furniture nearby our windows (not their fault), but the installer came back, offered suggestions as how to alleviate the problem, and helped us decide what to do. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for window coverings. They are outstanding!

We live close to WCO and have used them for large bay front windows (vertical blinds) to medium and small bathroom windows (black out up/down curtains). Great selection/styles/colors, service and sales ("knowledgeable" staff) with reasonable pricing. We are redoing all windows in a renovation project and will have WCO do all our work. Highly recommend for new install/replacement and for all repairs. We have tried other covering businesses and once with WCO, we have found our place for window coverings.

Salesman arrived too measurements.. made a decision on the blinds.. Salesman said he would go to office and send an estimate via email. Over a week and nothing.. called office requesting info.. was told would find out what was happening with the estimate and would call right back... nothing.. on to another company now

I have had some of my faux wood blinds replaced and others just repaired. I found the customer service to be excellent. They quickly measured, ordered and installed my new blinds for me in record time. When they were able to repair them, there was a quick turnaround in that service as well. They are the only blind company I would use and I always recommend them to my friends.

I recently had three blinds shortened and paid over $100 for this service. I gave them the exact measurements from the bottom of the header to the window sill and even wrote the measurements down on a card for them. When I got the three blinds back, none of them was the right length. They were all too short by at least 2 inches (one close to 3 inches), to where they didn't cover the bottom of the window. I could see a fraction of an inch, but they weren't even close. Isn't this supposed to be their business? Not so critical on our spare bedroom windows (although it is for guests) but not good on our own bedroom window. I would not use them again.

Their salesmen was a little rapid fire and didn't explain that "darker shades" were not only darker but totally opaque. Thank god we didn't request them for all our windows. They are very expensive, so we will have to live with them for some time, but certainly not what we intended. Dave, the owner greatly sympathized with our misunderstanding of "room darkening" shades. He came out, re-evaluated and reorder or "Whispering Tan" blinds without question. His advice and clear-thinking was more than a compensation. Window Covering Outlet will replace our main room at no charge. What a decent guy and business! Thanks.

We recently got blinds throughout our house and a shutter on a main window. Window Covering Outlet had a beautiful solution for our over sized sliding glass door. We checked several other places and found them to be the most practical in terms of cost and size. The staff were very patient with us and we did an extensive amount of research before making our final decision. The installers were fast and efficient, as well as professional. One where I spent 3500 outfitting my entire house with their cellular top down / bottom up blinds. Great experience if not a bit overpriced. Nice staff at that time. The second experience, where my wife went in to get a single window replaced because we put in a slider - Didn't go well. The salesperson was rude and condescending, and when he told her it 'must be nice to be rich' because she doesn't have a job at the moment which makes no sense at all, she left frustrated and insulted. It earned them a one star review and pissed me off. We won't be back.

I wanted to support somewhere local instead of Home Depot or Lowes. Everyone at the Window Covering Outlet were consummate professionals. Curt came out and made the exact measurements and met the quoted price even after reevaluating our job. Larry installed our blinds. He too, was nothing but professional. I got a call from him and I just assumed he was going to say he would be late. He called to tell me he would be early. Hours early! How often does that happen?! We took down the old blinds because we figured that would speed up the process. He was very appreciative. Apparently, most people don't take down the old window coverings. I might have paid a little more to get my blinds from them then the big box stores. But it was well worth the price to have professionals do what they do and see the job come out perfectly.

Absolutely love this company. I first ordered an entire house of Hunter blinds from them in 1994. The blinds were excellent and service was fantastic. Through the years they always did repairs at no charge to me. When we built a new home again in 2014 they were my first choice because of the excellent service. However, I got a second estimate just to be on the safe side. The second estimate was TWICE the price as Window Covering Outlet. Last month one window was not to our liking and it was promptly reordered and replaced. I highly recommend this business, they are friendly and prompt.
