There was a peace Lilly my wife and I wanted to buy there I saw a price on it for 24.95. We made the decision to go ahead and purchase it, when I put it on the counter there two employees spun it around to a dirrerent price tag of 42.95. WOW . When I called and talked to the manager the next day she told me tough they wouldn't honor the lower price!!! Plus the fact that all the staff I dealt was very rude! poor way to do business!!!

I would give them two stars due to the fact their prices arw good & The lady I talked to on the phone,(while getting a quote) was very polite. However, I was a little surprised and baffled to find out they didn't offer a Military discount of any kind. However they do offer a senior citizen discount, but only on Wednesdays. Which is fine and all. I guess Im more a little upset that they would off a senior discount and not a military/veterans discount. Due to the fact that our military fights for the country that allows you to live in long enough to grow older (to become a senior citizen).....just my own opinion....

Super helpful staff. We shop there very often for business and personal. If they dont have things in stock we are notified when received as well as get things that I am looking for if they dont have in stock! Higley recommend it!

I called early this afternoon about sod and they said they had it. and I drove all the way from Jerome which is probably at least 25 miles. and you do not have it in stock. the person that I talk to you earlier on the phone was short and kind of snappy. good customer service would’ve been that she looked for it or ask someone if they had it in stock. the big box stores will do this they were out. the person that I talk to, when I went to the nursery was kind of snappy as well. I’ll she said I wasn’t the person you talk to on the phone I’ll give me a break my time and gas means more to me than to you . you got a lot to do in training for customer service. I will not be back to your store in the Near future

I bought 2 beautiful trees from here last summer. One had transplant shock and I wasn't sure if it was going to make it. Bill helped me so much with all the tree care after I bought them and even offered to stop by assess the tree in person to see if it needed returned before the 90 day money back guarantee period. Both trees are growing healthy & beautifully now.

I recently bought soil from this business and the drainage is so horrible due to an immense amount of sand in the soil that most of my plants are drowning. I bought from them before and have had way better quality. I called and talked to one of the managers about it just to inform them of the issue I was having and they hung up on me. I would not recommend this business.

I bought (paid for) 2.5 yards of gravel. What they loaded me seemed a little light, so I leveled out the gravel, measured it and it came out to 1.48 yards. I told the supposed manager, who was immediately annoyed with me, the discrepancy. She called the fieldman that loaded me and told me he claims that what he loaded me was 2.5 yards and that I was wrong! They wouldn't even go over the measurements with me! I was told if I had a problem with it I could just come back and complain to the main manager. I am still floored on how I was treated. I've spent over $600 just this spring alone at this landscape center, but never again will I spend a dime here again.

Have bought several succulents and other plants here and they're always inexpensive, beautiful, healthy, and pest free. They also always seem to have the rarer plants that are hard or impossible to find anywhere else, like the pilea peperomioides I was extremely happy to find, and they are very friendly. One of my favorite places to go!

Southen Idaho Landscape Center sells high quality products and has a huge selection. Every tree that we have bought from SILC has done very well in our Idaho climate. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, which has been very helpful when we didn't know the exact type of plant we were looking for. Great place!

This place ALWAYS has a big selection. From vegetables, to perennials, to annuals, to bushes, to trees....they have it all. Seeds, wind chimes, hummingbird feeders, statues, indoor plants, bulk rock, fairy supplies, decor...I could go on for hours. They have a great selection of things you didnt even know you needed or wanted. You wont leave empty handed or disappointed. I've always had VERY good luck with everything thriving well after planting. LOVE their tree selection. I've always have a good customer experience here as well; plenty of staff to answer any questions and help you load your goodies up. Stop in...walk around, daydream...then make that dream a reality!

What a fun nursery! This was one of the first places I visited after moving here a year ago, and have been back several times...with always a good experience. The selection us wide and varied and has fun ideas for gifts. I have my eye on a birdbath now that will fill the perfect spot in my garden. Thanks SILC!!

Horrible customer service. Unwilling to guarantee our tree purchase after we were told they would. The general manager, Jennifer was unhelpful and rude. You are better off going to a chain store that actually garuntee their products.

I always enjoy visiting and shopping here. Everyone is friendly and willing to help and occasionally make a good deal. In response to Ann Jensen unfortunate experience, that is almost certainly the independent delivery person not paying attention. Though darn sure irritating, it probably isn't totally fair to condemn the nursery or at least put it all on them.

Recently visited the center asking about small rock price and if they deliver. Found what I wanted went to the counter asked if they delivered to Filer, "yes" then let the gal at the counter know what I needed gave her footage, I wasn't sure how it worked out in cubit yard so she figured it for me. I then verified I wanted it delivered, she responded "you want this delivered?, don't you have a pickup? To which I responded "no", she then said "don't you know anyone with a pickup?, I responded "no", she picked up the phone made a call somewhere to which she then got back to me that it would cost me $25, I replied ok, told her a day I would be off, paid her and left. The day of delivery I ended having to work so when the center called just before 8am I let them know this asked if they would deliver any way they said yes, let them know to "deliver to the west side of the house where the concrete slab with the dead tree trunk is, I also put a sign up dump here", they dumped it in my driveway!! Imagine my surprise when I came home at 8:45pm from work seeing gravel in my driveway that I had to carefully run over to get in the garage!
