As a real estate agent, my car is my life! When the windshield on my brand new car cracked, I was very upset and needed it fixed quickly. I didn't know who to call, and my insurance deductible was too high to get it covered. Then I found Intermountain Auto Glass. I called to get pricing and spoke with Lauren Stephenson, who immediately guided me to a high quality windshield at (if you can believe it) the cheapest cost quoted to me from other companies! They scheduled me out for the very next business day, and came to my house to swap out the glass! Marty Petro was my technician, and he was prompt, quick, and very professional. Ira and I had the unfortunate event of someone trying to break into our car while we were on our way back to Salt Lake City from a trip in Seattle. We called a number of glass places including Safelite and others but the only company to step up was Intermountain! Christina made several "magic" phone calls and was able to get us on the road within two hours from the time we contacted her. Chris, the installer, was very professional and very fast. In all, it was a perfect experience and is the definition of customer service. I don't live in Boise but you can see by the other reviews that this is the BEST place for glass in town! Thank you!!!!

Very pleased with my windshield replacement service from Intermountain Auto Glass. I heard back from Lauren about my online inquiry quickly, when I was just starting to consider paying for the replacement or living with the crack for awhile. I contacted them a few days later once my windshield crack had expanded and I knew I needed to have it replaced. They managed to have someone come out to my workplace a few hours later that same day. He was very fast and friendly. I also appreciated Lauren's followup. I will definitely use this company again if I have any window damage in the future!

When my side window got broke, I was dreading the process of getting it fixed, calling getting quotes and setting up an appointment. I called a few different places and was not able to get it repaired in a timely manor. Then I called Lauren, she was very kind and knew what she was doing, she took all my information and had a quote to me within minutes. Last week I woke up to the rear window of my car smashed out! I am a pizza delivery person, and I can't do my job with a broken window! I called around a few places and got decent price quotes. The office staff at Intermountain Auto glass was great and we got someone to come out to our home the next day. Marty from Intermountain Glass did our rear window. He was very prompt and friendly. He replaced the window He was very thorough and informative. He noticed that the window had been taken out previously and whoever did the work, scratched the paint off over the window area where the glass met the body and rust was starting to form. If this went untreated our car roof would have rusted through causing a great amount of body damage and window leaks. He put extra primer and sealant in the rusty area and he actually saved us money by doing this extra repair work.

I'm so happy I stopped and had them repair my windshield chips on my new car. Their work is absolutely amazing! I can barely see where the chips once were. Those other places I stopped at, told me they couldn't repair my windshield, due to the electronic features, and I'd need to buy a new windshield. InterMountain Auto Glass does a fantastic job. They've replaced three windshields on two different cars for us in the past three years. Their office staff is friendly and helpful in setting up the appointment, and in each case they've come out to our home and done exceptional work. Marco Benavidez has done all three of the windshields and each time he's been prompt, friendly, helpful, and very efficient. The first time around, I asked if I could observe because I was out of work and curious, and he took the time to show me all the steps in the process and we had some great conversation as I watched him work. Each time since, he's taken the time to do the job right and still leaves me saying, "That was quick!" He also makes sure we understand the dos and don'ts of auto glass replacement so that we don't undo the work he's done before the glue is set. Because of the positive experiences I've had with them, I'd highly recommend InterMountain Auto Glass and Marco to anyone.

I spent a lot of time looking for a reputable company to replace my truck windshield, I read tons of reviews. I chose two, and Intermountain Auto Glass was one ( they had a lot of positive reviews) I asked for an online quote, Christina promptly emailed it to me. It took me a few days to decide between the two companies, I decided to call Intermountain, and I was helped by Lauren who answered a few questions I had, she was very pleasant to work with. I decided to schedule the appointment for that Wednesday, Lauren told me the tech would be out to my house between the hours of 9-11 am (no charge for the mobile service). They e-mailed me a confirmation and a picture of the technician that would be providing the service. Marty showed up Wednesday at 9:30 am, I was able to check out the window before he installed it. Marty was quick, efficient, and clean up everything nicely, he explained that I should not drive the car for at least an hour. I had an amazing experience with Intermountain, I found them to be knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, as a matter of fact, I even asked Marty for business cards to pass around. Thank you Intermountain Auto Glass for all your help!!

WOW! Who knew a windshield crack caused by a rock could be such an enlightening experience?! I was referred to InterMountain by Les; our family mechanic in Meridian. After making one call to my insurance company, the rest was taken care of. I received a call back to set up an appointment within an hour of calling my insurance carrier. On repair day, Marco (the technician) came to my work (on time), fixed my windshield on the spot, and then personally walked me through what he found. During his repair job, he discovered that the wrong windshield had been placed in my car prior to me buying it. It was too small and was barely hanging in there. Had I been in a crash, the old windshield more than likely would have failed. I also learned that my new windshield had features I didn't know existed. Marco educated me on how the features work and what I should and shouldn't do for the next 48 hours. Marco did a great job. I feel comfortable knowing I will be driving a car with a properly-installed windshield and I loved the customer service he provided. I will be referring people to InterMountain in the future!

Would do it again! Lauren and her team were successful in securing the glass and having it installed in time for an upcoming vacation. Work was completed on a class A RV, so their expertise in this area was very important. Lauren coordinated the communcation between Dennis Dillon RV and Allstate to make it happen, keeping me in the loop all the way. Would have been a 5 Star rating had clean up on installed windshield and dash been more complete. Still, a great company that knows how to get the job done right.
