A few years ago I wondered into Hard Rock and was amazed at their selection of fireplace surrounds. My dad and I were building a house for my mother, so we brought her in. She instantly fell in love with all of them and Maggie, the store owner was extremely helpful as my mother can be a bit indecisive. After reviewing moms interior paint and carpet colors, Maggie's suggestion proved to be a perfect match. The installation went exactly as promised, and exactly on budget. My parents love the fireplace, which is the focal point of the living area. Over the years I have recommended Hard Rock to several people, and each of them that bought a surround or counter top has been extremely happy with their products and services. Highly recommended.

The owner " Lady" was rude and unprofessional. I was a returning customer ordering service and she said her company was to busy to take my job on. Also the first time I used them they sucked as well, her old a S s husband works in back trying to keep up, Lame company!

Such a great experience from start to finish! Great selection of in-stock granite and such a great price. Cannot beat it! Maggie was very patient with us when we were trying to select the right piece for our new counters. Once we picked the right one, I was blown away by how speedy everything was after that! Time from template to installation was less than 2 weeks! Could not be more happy with our new kitchen countertops! Highly recommend to everyone.

Maggie and Bob really know this business! I was really surprised at the large selection and how well Maggie knows and understands granite. If you're looking for Granite, you have to make them your first stop, it will likely be your last stop!

Bait and Switch !!!! Watch these guys like a Hawk !!!! They require payment 1st and then deliver something you didn't buy and then call you a lier. Document and take pics as you go through the process.

Maggie is unprofessional and rude. Once a job is done and they have your money, don't expect to hear back if anything went wrong or needs to be fixed. They installed granite in the kitchen and hall bathroom so it was a decent size job to start with. Two problems... First, they didn't put any back splash in the bathroom and will not take responsibility for a poor job in communication or execution, nor will they go back to add it because it is "too small" of a job. Second, there is a big crack between the wall and granite in kitchen and they said too much time has passed and won't come back to fix it. Went to store to speak to her in person and heard her telling the customers she was with that we have been a challenge. Completely unacceptable! DO NOT USE THEM.

Beautiful granite, amazing turn around time. Our project was such that we would need to buy a second slab just to fabricate a small piece, wasting almost an entire slab. Hard Rock doesn't charge by the slab, but by finished square foot. We were able to find a granite that we liked better than the slabs we had picked out, and best of all the granite was installed about a week after signing the purchase agreement. The finished pieces greatly exceeded our expectations. Installers did an excellent job and were professional. They even undermounted our sink for us. I have over 5 years of home improvement experience, you can't go wrong with Hard Rock!

These guys are quick to blame others and the owners do not stand behind statements made by their employees. There are other contractors out there to choose from. You should look elsewhere for your needs. We wish we would have.

My neighbor suggested Maggie business, I trusted her but she didn't professional to do with customer service. Her staff installed the granite for my house, thise guys broke my stairs trim and they didn't fix this. They wear shoes over my carpet. I called for Maggie ans she didn't answered my phone call to appologize, she ignored after she recieved money. i have to emailed to her and told her what happened, I really dissapointed her business.
