Wow. Tried getting a quote on sod and got hung up on. We're looking to spend a few thousand dollars on sod for this movie we're filming in Atlanta, this guy burned an expensive bridge. The Georgia film industry will never do business with this company

Their product is amazing. I bought Meyer Zoysia from them on two separate occasions and it was phenomenal. I bought some from a different company and it was no where near as good and grew weeds. Never going anywhere else for my landscaping needs.

Visited the nursery today, they have got good collection of plants and prices are reasonable. Above all, the staff is very friendly especially Wilmer, who helped in plant selection as well as provided a great deal of information and answered all my questions very patiently. This is a pretty large nursery with 3 focuses: 1. shrubs, trees and flowers often planted in mass (roses, daylilies, azaleas, gardenias, boxwoods, crape myrtles etc). 2. Multiple Specimen shrubs, trees, topiaries (Contorted Cherry, rarer Japanese Maples, etc) 3. Very large selection of mature trees of all kinds. Often more than one and including rarer or specimen trees. Even slow growing trees or shurubs can be found quite mature and large. This isn't where you'll buy you're entire landscape, but it's the perfect place for mass/foundation plantings and to find a gardens finishing touches.

Convienently located off of 285 speghatti juncktion and pib, this nursery carry a large variety of plants shrubs trees mulch stone and much more, very friendly stuff and knowledgeable. This is my go to place when I need landscaping stuff, highly recommend.

Georgia Wholesale on Peachtree Industrial is a great place to look for specimen shrubs and palm trees. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. I have been going there for years for my annuals, shrubs, maple trees, dirt, mulch and rocks!

Staff appeared uninterested in assisting customers when I arrived shortly after opening (7:20AM). Staff person would not stop and address my questions, simply waved me off as though there were more important or pressing matters to deal with. Perhaps this is a good stop for some things as others have reviewed here but I would not recommend it. I’ve had better service at a Wal-Mart garden center. Very disappointed & I will not return. P.S. Photographs on Google are misleading... this place, as far as client-walkable area, greenhouses, etc., is SMALL.

I like this place, but be careful...they are open when they want to be and are closed when it suits them. I have shown up more than once to find the place closed 45-60 minutes before the posted time...SUPER DUPER annoying

Pros: Really the best inventory and selection in the metro that I have found. Most greenhouses will have 3 or 4 of each kind of shrub, etc and this place will have 100 of each kind of azalea for instance which is a big help on big landscape projects. Con: unfortunately these people are crooked and not honest. I purchased two 15 gallon Green Giant's from Lowes and needed 2 more. I was excited to see GWN had 30 gallon in stock so I purchased two there on they way home from Lowes. On the way home the two trees blew over in the truck. The pot did not blow over just the tree and root ball. I thought this was weird as a tree has ROOTS and the entire pot should have tipped over with the roots and I should not have had a root ball pop out of a pot. When I get home I notice the 15 gallon from Lowes and the 30 gallon from GWN were the exact same height (but $60 more expensive). Turns out they were 10 gallon Green giants in a 30 gallon pot with the rest of the container filled with soil conditioner! They ripped me off! So while the selection is great and you may be forced to go here to finish a project be very leery of what you are buying as they are very dishonest. P.S the best price in atlanta area is in Loganville at Growers Outlet but it is a drive and they mostly only have the smaller 1 gallon size stuff but usually have plenty of it.

I know Wilmer from GA wholesale for years, this is a great place to get pine straw, mulch rocks sod or plants all at the same place at great prices, parking is a little tight but if you come around noon all the contractors are already gone and you can personal help. Talk to Wilmer directly and he would love to help you.
