Left my new sod to settle and root for 6/8 weeks and noticed dead spots when laying which didn't improve. Called to let them know to see if there was anything they could do to maybe pull up some sections and have them replace but they weren't interested. They just told me because it was over 4 weeks that there's nothing they can do and that I need to have it sprayed because there is obviously fungus. So not only does their sod contain fungus but they are not willing to help fix the situation. Sorry but you just lost my recommendation to my neighbors. Not great customer service and no resolution from them.

Ordered 2 pallets of Bahia sod (online) and delivery was scheduled for the same week. Upon delivery, the guys placed the pallets in a convenient spot for us to easily lay it - delivery was quick, easy, and guys were very friendly. Loved that I could order and schedule everything from the computer without having to call around. Excellent sod, too! Will be a repeat customer for my sod needs in the future.

I originally ordered 4 pallets of Sapphire grass and put it down myself. A week or so later, we ordered an additional two pallets and realized the first pallets we received were the wrong type because they didn't match the new grass. We called the company about the situation, and they simply said "we will make this right." They sent out a crew a few days later to pull up the original pallets and replace with the correct grass AT NO COST TO US. I am thoroughly impressed with their customer service and that they did not argue with us or charge us to fix the problem.

bad place to do business, I spent over $1300.00 for sod, they provided to me a very bad one's and they refuse to listen to me and they forced me to take a grass on a short notice.very bad people specially the old lady, she has no skill in customers service.
