Problems with my Sprinkler Valves, Contacted Verdego who sent out GLEN. He was absolutely Fantastic!!!! Took time to explain the valve system, checked out each zone and valve, Cleaned the Drip zone filter (Which I did not even know it had). Verdego should be proud of this employee who portrays the company in such a positive light. I will call them back without hesitation in the future, and I will ask for GLEN!!!!!!

Beautiful garden centers! So many colorful plants to choose from. It's hard to leave there without a trunk full. Got great service from the garden staff and grabbed some info on their designs services. The pavers and walls are amazing! I wish I had a larger yard to fit all your beautiful items. Will definitely be back!

Purchased sod for new house and two kinds of St. Augustine were delivered Floritam and Palmetto were installed creating a lumpy, uneven appearance. Hard to mow and maintain. The long leaf was planted near flower beds and tends to overgrow into the beds the short leaf is helter skelter in the yard. Ordered four magnolias dd blanchard got two and two of another variety different sizes. Month and a half no response.

Lies! Nothing but lies that come out of their mouths. Quick to take $1500 but can't come and install without one excuse after another. Finally after a month we get an install date and 30 mins prior to install they bailed out! Never again will I use them for my personal landscape NOR my landscape business. VerdeGo is my "go to" place for all the right flowers and fertilizers that i need. And this spring they offered courses on flowers and butterflies. The staff is very helpful and the plants they sell are always healthy and i have never had a problem in many years. My yard is loaded with their plants and flowers, and has been for the past 7 years. Huge center, always have what i am looking for! And all their signs tell you whether they feel plants are "deer resistant" or not. That's a must for me!

I purchased two citrus trees in August of 2015. I planted them along with the fig, avacado, grapefruit, Gogi berry, banana, and olive trees on my property. ALL of the plants except for the two citrus trees from Verdego have been thriving. My banana trees were about three feet high when I planted them in May and now in December I have eight of them and the two original trees are 16 to 18 feet high. However, the trees that I bought from Verdego have done nothing; not even a shoot or bud. My grapefruit tree that I bought from Home Depot is thriving. When I called Verdego to complain they explained that since the three month warranty had expired (by one week) I would receive no replacement or credit toward another purchase. This is the last time I spend one nickle at Verdego.

The last time I was there, they had a college age girl working who could care less whether she helped you or not. Had a bit of a snotty attitude as well. They do have a master gardener on board named Mary Hobbs who does a fantastic job. Unfortunately, I got stuck with the one who doesn't want to be bothered. They lost a fruit tree sale and future business because of her.

Buyer be aware! Is honesty their best policy...you decide. We ordered a large landscape package including a 6 foot Sylvester palm. I went out to the office and our design consultant (Jesse) tagged the tree of our choice. It was beautiful. I witnessed Jesse tagging it. The next morning, I paid a large deposit for the job. A week later, my husband went out to see the tree I chose. It was no where to be found. The nice lady that waited on us said she would have Jesse call us. We didn’t get a call right away so we texted him. He then sent us a picture of a totally different tree. My husband went out and looked at it, and it was definitely not the tree I chose. Why would they try to pass off another tree as ours? The one they “retagged” was not healthy and had 13 dead branches. They told us we could pick another tree with no real explanation or apology. No one would own up to the mistake. We then came back a few days later and an honest source told us our tree was sold to someone else and they retagged another tree hoping we wouldn’t notice. Is this ethical? After driving to VerdeGo from Marineland area 5 times, we came back to pick yet another tree. We basically only had one choice because the trees were lying on the ground and only one 6’ tree was on top of the pile. The other was on the bottom. They didn’t make any effort or offer to pull the other tree from the bottom, so we basically had one choice. After choosing the tree, I asked the GM, Matt, if he thought things could have been handled better. His response was “what do you mean?” I said we never really received a sincere apology nor even a small discount for the trouble and the fact that we lost our tree. His response in a cocky manner...”so you want something free, is that it?” I responded that I thought as a good merchant, they should offer something, if not an apology. The GM then said “ok I will give you something free... be right back?” We waited a bit outside, and it was so hot, so we went into the office. We saw the owner Mr. McNitt standing behind the desk. He did not acknowledge us nor did he ever return my husband’s numerous phone calls to ask for an explanation about our “missing” tree. Is that good business? Anyhow the GM came back to the desk and offered us a gift card and proceeded to tell us he also gave us a credit for our deposit and didn’t want to do business with us. We declined the gift card and told them we just wanted them to be honest with us. We’ve never dealt with a more cold and uncaring person than the GM. He lacked customer service skills and was the epitome of a cocky millennial. Was he mad because we questioned the fraudulent act of tagging a different tree, or was it because we asked for small restitution for our trouble? Regardless, this was poor business dealings. Has this happened to others? I hope not. We have since found an honest competitor in the area to design our yard and they are a pleasure to work with. VerdeGo, you need to review how you handled this matter and how you could have created a better outcome by being honest and forthright. If you would have just admitted you made a mistake, sold our tree to someone else and sincerely apologized, all this would have been prevented. But the fact that you tried to cover it up and did not offer any apology or restitution, is unacceptable.

Terrible place! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I paid them to line my yard with 2in deep path of gravel. The job was rushed, the weed mats were pisspoor quality, they attempted to bring equipment in my yard that didnt fit, it was not done in promised time, and the path was about a 1/2 in deep because they didnt deliver all the stone I paid for. Paid for them to lay sod which they did before the gravel then took the sod I paid for back from areas they were putting gravel. When confronted they gave me excuses and shifted me in circles between people with no records of what they actually did! I am now redoing all their work and have to buy more stone. WORST EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE QUALITY OF WORK AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - DONT GO HERE!

Great nursery located off of US1 in Palm Coast. They have a terrific variety of flowers, plants, and trees. Everything you need for your Landscaping. Terrific service, and reasonable prices. They will also deliver and install whatever you purchase. They have more mature plants than Home Depot or Lowe's, and really just as reasonably priced considering their size. I plan on getting some palms and a evergreen tree.

Love this store. Not the cheapest, but the best and when it comes to plant material, you get what you pay for. We purchased a large bottlebrush delivered and planted and it has flourished. We use the Nurserymen's Sure-Gro fertilizer on our palms and our flowering shrubs. The monthly email newsletter is great and the email freeze warnings are a plant saver.

My wife and I have been here many times and purchased several plants and other outdoor products. The atmosphere is great, the staff is helpful when you can find the right person and most prices are reasonable. I was amazed one trip as I found a chrome globe that I've been searching for a very long time! What a great surprise! We bought a cluster of mini date palms and they are thriving in our pool lanai area.
