Looked at four different companies to trouble-fix a sprinkler zone for my house, TH&G was the prime pick due to having the lowest rates. The technician dispatched was professional in both diagnosing and fixing the problem (tree roots). Didn't dillydally and got to the "root" of the situation promptly which I appreciate because brevity is a virtue. Currently my irrigation system has been problem free for three months, but if a problem arises I will definitely use them again.

The guys came and upgraded and repaired an old system. They put in five shallow wells a new pump and a couple new zones. Tim was the lead guy, and was awesome. Patient, answered all my questions, did excellent work, cleaned up after themselves, very professional. I will definitely use them again in the future, and I highly recommend them

I had new sod installed and prior to this I ran my sprinkler system infrequently due to the condition of the lawn. But once I started to run the system the pressure was so weak I was in jeopardy of either losing my lawn or having to water using city water. First they were the only ones where a person answered the phone when I called, that's a plus. Lisa (the owner) was able to schedule a drop by to look over my system, pump and get an idea of what might be the problem. After diagnosing the problem as being with the well, they were able to schedule the crew to come out on a Sunday and put in a a new 5 point well system that has made my irrigation system fantastic. Great service, great work, at a reasonable price, no complaints.

Tropical Home and Garden was a joy to work with! I recently purchased a new home with many landscape issues. TH&G installed a shallow well and rid/rust system. New sod for the side yard and the existing irrigation system was overhauled. The owner was knowledgeable and the technicians were polite and efficient. Price was important to me and by far theirs' beat the competition. Definitely would recommend

They said they would call back to me: they forgot. I called them to see why they're taking so long to get back. "I totally forgot. We got back-up b/c the rain" and so on. I finally got a hold of them and rescheduled - their "employee" never called nor showed up schedule time.
