I have been using Delaware Lawn Crew for years and have always been happy with the service. They have done spring and fall clean up for me. They have done mulching and cutting. They have worked with my sometimes unpredictable schedule and have always delivered an outstanding job at a reasonable cost.

I used this business to have my lawn mowed. After the mow, it did not appear to have even been cut. There were still weeds flowering within the yard. Poor customer service upon contacting the business afterwards

First they say they cut your grass when they never did then they bill you for it they say it's cleared up and then you get a bill for it worst customer service I've ever seen on top of spotty lawn cutting I have cameras at my house I watched them cut my grass that's why I fired them they're horrible

I called this service and scheduled an estimate. The gentleman came by, gave me the estimate (which was a reasonable price). I accepted, he said crews were in my area on thursdays and he set me up for weekly cuttings. Less than a day later I got a call from a different gentleman who told me my lawn was not worth their time. I do not suggest this service to anyone with a smaller yard, as they will likely think the same of you.

Worse Lawn Care Service. This company will butcher your lawn at any cost. I had to get rid of them. Pouring down rain just to rob you they are out with heavy equipment riding on a soak wet lawn damaging the lawn and ground. Horrible service . FYI the reviewer Amanda K that gave the glory review is Joe the owners wife.SHAMEFUL IT IS POORING RAIN AND JUST TO MAKE A DOLLAR THEY RUIN PEOPLES LAWNS.

Worst customer service and lawn work!!! I recently moved to the area and was looking for a lawn company. I saw their truck in the neighborhood and gave them a call. They were a bit expensive but I decided to give them a try. The first time they came out parts of the yard were not even cut so we called about it. When they came out the second time once again they did not even cut most of the yard. I called Phil the owner and asked him to come out and take a look at what had not been done. He told me no, he knows his guys do a great job and he would not even come out and take a look at it. He told me they had 20 other houses in my neighborhood and he didn't need my business. Any company that will not come out and take a look at the work that was done knows that the work was poorly done. If you want a half finished job that they charge you full rate for then this is the company for you. If you want an honest decent company that will do a good job don't call Delaware lawn crew!

I’ve used Delaware Lawn Crew for 10 years and I’m very satisfied. Joe and Phil run a tight ship and are community minded, helping for many years to coach the UD Men’s Crew in their free time. The crews are professional and thorough. Great at mulching beds and cleaning up shrubs. Hand shovel my driveway in the winter. They’ve grown to over 500 weekly customers. It’s not easy making everyone happy all of the time. I’ve always been pleased.
