Terrific company! Professional handling and reasonable pricing of several summer and fall landscaping projects. Would also recommend for snow removal—prompt service during storms and they do a thorough job on even our sidewalks. We have used other companies in the past and Complete surpassed them in every aspect!

This company is one of the worst companies to ever work for. Very unprofessional. My boyfriend Joseph Bromley was a very hard worker. Was getting paid only 15 dollars an hour working from 5 am to 11 pm at night sometimes until five am the next morning by himself. There was a huge load of jersey barriers that I constantly told joe to not do it because he was already there from 5am and he was still going until ten o'clock at night and I just wanted him to come home and sleep but the owner said that it hasn't gotten done in months (even though joe just came back to the job a couple weeks ago) and it was up to joe to do it until one am. Another example of joe working hard and getting the least amount paid being judged strictly upon his disease he deals with every day and not his hard work is when there was a snow storm w worked three days in a row day and night snow plowing and shoveling with no sleep by the time he came home from work I was so worried about home and very angry at Erik the owner because while he's at home comfy in bed my boyfriend is the one doing all of the hard work getting paid the least amount of money and constantly being put down for mistakes that he made in the past and now continuously being put down for it right here for the whole world to judge him without knowing the whole situation. Without putting anybody down at the company honestly I feel bad for my boyfriend and I just care about his well being. They with held his last paycheck as well even though they're already paying him the least amount of money! And they're lying to unemployment now saying he took a drug test when he never took a drug test they fired him before even trying to see for sure he had relapsed! They're blaming him for broken equipment even though when he got back to work he tried fixing or driving the already broken equipment that happened before he started working there. But it's easy to blame the person with a drug problem. Honestly it's sad what they're doing to him and people may have their opinions on him without even knowing him but we also received threatening text messages from the company at night now not only targeting him but targeting me as well. So even though I haven't worked for the company it effects me as well. It is a very unprofessional company.

I should have known better when the guy "Erik" answered the phone with a simple "hello?" I had to ask if it was the landscaping company and he said "yes" and nothing more. Common business sense would dictate that he switch to "business mode" and ask how he can help me (his potential customer). As a business man, I found this all very unprofessional, but I let it slide. I told him that I was looking around for an estimate for a Spring clean up and some other work around the yard. He said he was busy and would call me back in 10 minutes. 40 minutes later, I end up calling him again and leaving a message. He called me back about 5 minutes later saying he just got back into the office. I understand people are busy, but don't commit to a call in 10 minutes if you can't follow through. Again, unprofessional. We then set up an estimate at 3:30 pm. It is now 4:45 pm and he hasn't shown up nor has he even taken the time to call. I expected a cancellation due to the weather, but I believe it's common courtesy and business etiquette to call and reschedule. UNPROFESSIONAL. Based on this experience with "Erik", I will NOT be using this company's service. I pride myself in behaving professionally in my line of work and I only like to deal with people who are also professional in what they do.

I had some landscape work done at my house and had it quoted by multiple companies; Complete was fairly priced and they cleared all the overgrown bushes around the yard and fertilized and seeded the spots where the bushes were torn out; lawn has grown in nice and no longer get snagged up by those terrible bushes when I mow and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Complete.

Half a star is to much. Eric is a scum bag thief, that cheats his customers, sub contractors and employees out of money. Doesn't finish what he starts and the only way to get paid is by the court or the labor dep.

Great company to do business with. We used them for our landscaping last year and snow services this winter and they have done a fantastic job! We will definitely use them again this year for our lawn care.
