It is as simple as this: we had their sales associate out to give us a bid on some ornamental annual flower beds and boxes. He said he would have a quote in a week. It took him 3 weeks. His quote was $6900. He showed up 3 days later with a printed quote of $10,000. We asked him what was up and he couldn't answer. I wouldn't hire these people to mow my lawn. If you don't know how to live up to a quote then you won't be in business for very long.

They only posted one sign and sprayed where no weeds were growing. After months of service with no success in eliminating the weed problem they mention "free resprays for unsuccessfully treated weeds," which was not mentioned initially. Not worth the time or money it's taken for poor results. They were also short and unsympathetic on the phone after spraying planted flowers that were blooming.

I had a phenomenal customer service experience when I worked with Personal Touch. Austin Taylor was my sales representative; he came to my home, helped advise me on the materials and articulate a half-formed plan that I had, was very knowledgeable on the entire landscaping process, gave me extra literature on rock and stone options so that I could do my own research, and was incredibly responsive throughout the process. He had a quote in my inbox three business days after his initial consultation, and he phoned to follow up on specific details several times to ensure he had everything recorded correctly. I could not have asked to be handled any better than he did. If you’re planning on using Personal Touch, I highly recommend that you request Austin Taylor to be your sales rep.

Rebecca, Will and Andrew did a phenomenal job with regards to the fall clean up. Rebecca was very attentive to each and every plant, adding fertilizer, cleaning up the bark areas, wrapping wire around the rose bushes and stuffing them with leaves to keep them warm. she also took the time to dead head all of the flowering plants, this is something every other company I have used in the past had no idea what the term "dead head" meant. While Rebecca was tending to the plants, Will and Andrew very meticulously when around the year to clear out small dead branches, cleaned up all of the fallen leaves and even blew all the leaves from the deck. They moved patio furniture to make sure all the leaves were removed then put most of the furniture back in its place. They did forget to put the cushions back where they were put that was a 3 minute job I was happy to do. PT is rather pricey compared to other companies, but they did a wonderful job! I never felt like I needed to follow the gardeners around to make sure they did as I requested. There was no need to call them back to redo ANYTHING! I am pleased! The only reason why I did not give them 5 stars is because of the fee and the difficult process to understand what I was being charged for in the contract.

Don't waist your time. And money with this company the owner is very rude to her customers and employees and tell you what you want to here just to get your money and not return to finish the JOB .or call you back one star is one to many for this JOKE of a company

Do not waste your time with this company. It took about 3 weeks to get an appt for a bid, and then, after the scheduled appt I was promised 1-2 weeks for the actual bid. Here we are 4 weeks later, and nothing but excuses about personnel issues, etc from Bill as to why it keeps getting delayed. Last week, he told me no later than Tues/Weds of this week, and here it is, Thursday. Now, they are reverting to no communications. Do not waste your time getting a bid from this company!

This business was recommended to me. They promised to call me back as I needed to talk to the manager to schedule work to be done. Unfortunately, I never received a call back. As a customer I should not have to chase or wait days to receive a call back to have work done. If the front office are the eyes to how the business is run...wirh that said, I would not recommend this company.

In the summer of 2016, Personal Touch remodeled our back garden area with a retaining wall and lots of good soil. Three rocks graced the area. PT made my little herb garden a knoll. My straight angular path became a beautiful curve. We planted additional perennials and blended in the vegetables with the beautiful flowers. After PT left we spent hours in awe of a garden that is beautiful. Last January 2017, a huge tree fell in the back yard. The first people I thought about were Bill and Joanne at Personal Touch whom I knew would make things right with the world. And of course they did. My back yard is beautiful with points of interest and thriving trees. Personal Touch provided solid parameters for us to work in so we could be successful adding our own ideas. All Personal Touch employees have reached out to us both professionally and personally, teaching and guiding. The yard and garden are absolutely magnificent. Many people have seen PT's work and admire it. And we, the people who live with these spaces, are happy and content. How very lucky we are to have found Personal Touch.

Our home owners and visitors drive past this entry area when entering our community. She provided us with a timely bid that was very competitive and the finished project looks great! Joanne kept us informed throughout the project and her crew worked diligently to keep the work area safe and secure until all of the work was completed. I have experienced some of the same complaints with Personal Touch. I had given them $20,000.00 up front and thought everything would run smoothly. There were many delays due to personal problems and issues with crew. Invoicing and itemization of costs was very scattered and confusing. Work that I have pre paid has still to be finished and my backyard has been left incomplete and littered with unused material. I later learned that much of the work has been done incorrectly...and some of this is due to it not being finished in the first place. I am very disappointed as I thought , in meeting Bill, that things would run smoothly. I have contacted him regarding the above issues and have not heard back...so I am contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I called Personal Touch mid September 2018. The woman who answered the phone said I would need to speak to JoAnn, but she wasn’t in. She took my information and said “JoAnn” would call me back. I had not heard anything for three weeks, so I called back, the woman answering the phone said she would give the message to her again. I heard nothing again by the third week of October, so I called again. Same woman answered the phone, same conversation about no call back. I specifically said that maybe they were not interested in the work I needed to have done, since no call back (YA THINK??). I was assured they did, however, the owners, JoAnn being one of them, were going on vacation, so would not be able to contact me until they returned. I got a call from “JoAnn” on November 3. She left a message asking me to call her back. I did, no answer. I left a message, explaining the work I wanted done, very simple, basically a fall clean up and trimming. Never heard another word from her. Out of nowhere on November 27, “JoAnn” calls and says that she’s sorry she didn’t get back to me from my early November call. I told her I had been calling since mid September with no response. She said “they’ve been busy”. Nevertheless, I explained what I needed, a simple fall clean up and trim of my yard. She jumped right to cost, she then suggested that she come and take a look, so I agreed. She made the appointment for Thursday, November 29, 2:00pm. Today is November 29, it is now 3:20pm, “JoAnn” is a no show and no phone call. This fully exposes the Customer Service you can expect from this company. Thankfully, “JoAnn” not calling back all those times and now not showing up for the appointment time SHE made, makes me so glad I have not spent one dime with this company. Buyer beware..there are several negative reviews on this company!!
