Don't be fooled by her pretty aesthetics, under Bridgette's work is faulty working done quick. Our house was nearly on fire. A fraud! She failed us twice, my parents hired her for our complete backyard landscaping in the Flying Horse Club area and first the pavers had sunken in because Bridgette failed to pack down the ground completely. Secondly (this recently happened) my parents' grill that Bridgette installed blew up into flames, the fire department told us that the wood that was the structure for the stone gas grill was not fire retardant. My parents were unable to reach her because this company blocked them off of all social media when they contacted her about the sunked pavers. Save your money and hire someone else. My parents paid $7,000 for that grill to just blow up in flames.

Thanks Bridget! The Bella Giardino team made my 2 year old a very happy little girl. She now has a play area all her own. Who knew playground mulch, a retaining wall, a gravel path and a new gate could be comlpeted in a day? They made it happen. The results are amazing. R. Freese

Excellent company with a great deal of vision and excellent workmanship! Bridgette and her entire crew were wonderful to work with. From design concept to installation they follow through and keep their word every step of the way. The end result was spectacular and we could not be more pleased. I have high expectations and they did not disappoint. I really feel I got more than what I was hoping for. The thing I appreciate the most is the fact their entire crew works for them as employees rather than subcontractors. Bridgette was on the job site every morning reviewing what was happening with me and adjusting the design for us as we found things we wanted to add or move. One day I asked for larger boulders and placed differently than what was there and within two hours the boulders were delivered and placed. Very quick response with a lot of attention to the details. We are eagerly awaiting the rest of plantings and know our yard will be beautiful!

My wife was thrilled to be listened to in the design phase and to see her ideas implemented within the context of the professionals that make up Bella Giardino. Our side yard is a true garden and is beautiful to behold. The customer service is almost beyond words. Listen to this. I accidentally cut the drip line in two places. Bridget and her team didn't blink an eye when they were out replacing some plants that didn't make it through the winter as part of the warranty. They fixed my mistake! Bridget and her team demonstrate that excellence is a daily habit. I could not recommend a business more than I recommend them. Bella Giardino is the best! We waned to decrease the fire hazard around our house by removing a lot of scrub oaks and blue chip evergreens without losing the natural look. Bridget and her team were extremely helpful and professional. She spent a lot of time with us discussing the project and coming up with a design that exceeded our expectations. She used a variety of landscaping rocks and planted a lot of beautiful shrubs and flowers. The overall effect was natural as well as beautiful. Her team is very efficient and professional. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Bella Giardino! First of all, Bridget is an amazing landscape designer - so talented!! We got bids from some other companies as well and her design was so much more creative, and it even came in less expensive than the others. Her process is also very cool... we went over the whole design in the office and got to see a 3D, color rendering of it on a large screen TV. We were able to change anything we wanted and see instantly what it would look like. Bridget was involved at every stage - working directly with the HOA to get our plan approved, going with us to help pick out decorative rock and pavers, being on-site to layout all of our plants and trees, and afterward, thoroughly teaching us how to care for everything (we even have a binder with all that info for future reference). The Bella Giardino crew is also great! They were prompt, courteous, hard workers and were willing to answer any questions we had throughout the installation. We have gotten nothing but compliments since our landscaping was completed! I highly recommend Bella Giardino Landscape & Garden Design!!

We loved our experience with Bella Giardino. I have had many bad experiences with landscapers in the past, so I was nervous when I had to hire one to build a new retaining wall in our back yard.
