Beware. We spent $10k with Edward to install a patio. The work was done incorrectly and he refused to make the situation right. In fact, he wanted to charge us AGAIN to redo it. Not much of a satisfaction guarantee, as claimed on his website. Had to have his “work” ripped out by another contractor to start over again. Take your money elsewhere.
