Bought a topiary tree,had purchased 2 of the same trees previously,this tree had a fungus that quickly spread & killed the tree,when we purchased the tree employee inspected the tree,can't know everything,but I will shop elsewhere for my next purchase

This is a nice little nursery. They have a ton of stuff even though it doesn't look that big when your driving by it. We have bought a few different things here and the prices seem like they are right where they should be. The staff is friendly and they have some people that know their stuff. If your looking for something special or just want to walk around and see what catches your eye I would check it out.

Worst customer service EVER!! For a family run business, the "FAMILY" mentality must end when you sign your receipt.. Don't buy from them... go to Home Depot or lowes!! Youll get treated better for sure..

THANK GOD FOR LOUI'S!!! They are so knowledgeable and helpful, and their plants are so healthy! we had bought some trees from Dario's last year and it has been insanely difficult to keep them alive - they came infested and diseased, and that nursery wasn't the kind to be helpful or knowledgeable as far as helping make it right. We call Loui's, and they're on the phone or in person, helping me fix my tree problems. They've earned my business for life, and I'm only using them from now on.

First time we went there as we just heard about it this a.m. Decent prices and a very large selection of flowers, etc. The lady who helped us just started working there 3 weeks ago and was in the middle of making tags and pricing a lot of plants. I like that she was very knowledgeable and helpful.

No recent posts so thought I would add one. This place is awesome, great variety and friendly and helpful service, always. I like that they are candid and honest about your chances of success at growing things depending on weather, conditions, season etc. That makes me want to return there in different seasons to buy more because I'll always get an honest answer. They are not just trying to sell you something that they secretly think might die on you. Prices are very reasonable too.

LOUIES NURSERY IS AWESOME!!!!!!! The first time i went their a lady named clarissa was so helpful she showed me their big selection of roses. The next month i was just looking, and a women named linda told me of some plants that did really good in our weather that would look nice to put in my yard. To get to the point louies nursery is the one i would chose (over moon valley nursery)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Will I order 3/4 gravel which I picked and they brought me different gravel and they don't want to bring me the right one and David I think he is the owner I talked to him and he told me he will refund me the second load because it was different also and small rock's which he didn't and he is also not answering my calls

Soul Stealer

I purchased ALL my soil from Louie's in the last 3 years and nothing has grown for more than a couple of months. I recently purchased a soil ph meter and found the soil I bought there had a PH of 4.5-5. The soil is supposed to be good right out of the bag but the PH is way too low to grow anything. Louie's will not stand behind the products they sell and will refer you to the manufacturer. If you want your stuff to grow and survive, don't buy soil from Louie's!
