Seems like I'm on the same boat with a lot of low star reviewers here... I too am being thrown around to different dates. Why set me up with a date that is not even guaranteed? I'm gonna give this company a chance to see if they really are good or not. I hope I'm impressed moving forward.

Alfredo and company are super friendly and answered a lot of my questions. Very laid back and quick and efficient. I look for using Alfredo for my landscaping needs will would absolutely recommend to others.

This was my yelp review: I would give 0 stars. This company is supposed to make scheduling easier with their online services. I made an account and numerous times said after 5pm. Tell me why the lawn pro comes at 12:30 ringing my doorbell and trying to open my side gate!! I was at work and saw him through my ring doorbell app and also I have 50lb dog in the backyard that can go in n out of the house. Thank god I rushed home to find out he tried to get in my backyard!! Could you imagine the heartache to find out someone tried to let my dog out. I even have something blocking my outside gate so it's hard to get in but it was semi open. He started doing the work and left it on my sidewalk. If the lawn pro had follows instructions I would be using their services. Extremely rude and unhelpful when I called the customer support line which I was on hold for. I was shocked to see through my ring app that he's already doing the work he wasn't scheduled for! Terrible service as a first time client. Will never use this company again.

They don't honor the rates they quote. Always recieved Half of the services I paid for. I was double charged. I had spoke to Way too many people. And felt like nothing each person said was honored. Always gave an issue that's never solved. Prices are high.

Alfredo is everything great! He is a wonderful guy who delivered excellent service! I could go on and on about him. It took a moment for them to match me up with a pro. Alfredo was well worth the wait! Lawn Love customer care was great as well.

They haven't started their 1st service yet they rescheduled already.we got rid of of the other guy who service our lawn for the same reason.not reliable.

Paul Neils took care of my lawn through lawn love and I am absolutely speechless by what he did for my home. He went above and beyond in every single way and provided OUTSTANDING service and guidance. He even fixed my fence. I can't say enough about how wonderful he is and I am so grateful. My lawn and yard area was a complete disaster area and now it looks fantastic, all thanks to Paul. Just wow. Thank you, thank you!

Tried scheduling a service from a date THEY picked and they told me my appointment date, it came and went and I was rescheduled twice. There is no point in making an appointment, don't waste your time and find a more reliable company.

They didn't show up. You would think they'd be trying to impress a new customer but I'm underwhelmed. One of their "pros" called me to ask how much I paid for the service, presumably to undercut their employer and now on my first day of service they didn't show up. I would not recommend going with their service.

This is a hit or miss kind of company. Sometimes the gardener does a great job but most of the time, they either don’t finish the job completely (ex: don’t trim everywhere and leave spots unfinished) or completely ignore a part of the yard, do half the work and leave. We had several instances (two instances reported) where the gardener came, only did the front yard and left. When the gardener returned, they did a poor job “fixing” the issue and left again. We are unsatisfied with the service of this company over a period of serveral month and DO NOT recommend this company.

I am thoroughly pleased with my lawn service. I live in Pocket in an attached home. My lot is large but my house is small. The backyard is destroyed thanks to my 82lb Lab mix puppy. I was embarrassed by how bad it was getting since I work too late to consistently tend to the lawns. Thankfully I found Lawn Love! First, their website is bad a**; it relieves stress right away. They have custom service plans and you can track your Lawn Love Pro as they approach the house. Jerry was my Pro and he was polite and tended to the lawn while I was away working. I never felt like my house, property, or belongings were at risk. As a single woman, these things are important. I 100% recommend you check out the website, select your options, and feel the stress of 'up keep' fade away. Cheers!

I keep trying to use this company because it's the only one I have found where I can book a service on an as needed basis instead of having a weekly or bi-weekly service. Every single time I book an appointment nobody shows up, and I get an email stating the appointment has been rescheduled to the next day because of "mechanical" problems. Then they end up rescheduling two or three more times until I finally give up and cancel the service all together. Even when I tried booking a recurring once a month service they never showed up. If you want someone to do your lawn, do not call this company.

This was the first time I used this type of service and was very impressed with the overall service I received from Lawn Love. I received email & text update reminders, which I really appreciated because of my busy schedule. Steve Read was the pro who provided service and did a great job on my yard! He was very professional and kept me updated on his progress. I would definitely recommend him!

These guys are amazing, even not worth of one star, Hired them to do the backyard service for my house, was excellent explaining what they will do, scheduled the service, a day before sent me an email that we are short handed and your service is rescheduled for two days later, I said OK no problem happens, got another email today saying the same thing, I was like really? You guys are making fun of me, already explained that I have an event going on that is why hiring you, anyways called the customer service, very nice lady, but she also says I can’t promise if we will be able to hold the next scheduled appointment either, probably we will reschedule, very funny, never seen a worse business like this, I ended up canceling everything, save your time and don’t hire this company, absolutely waste of time
