We are so impressed by Lawn Love. As a new resident to Orange County, we were lost on how to maintain and upkeep our yard. We found Lawn Love and their team did a wonderful job making our backyard into a beautiful and inviting space. Customer service is what Lawn Love does best. They answered our email and phone requests, even though we had to reschedule numerous times. Then once the job was completed, they followed-up to make sure that it was done to our satisfaction. I recommend Lawn Love to all of my neighbors and anyone who is looking for professional lawn services!

Don't waste your time. They scheduled me for 3 lawn services in a row, all 3 times, no lawn technician showed up. First time was for a Friday. They cancelled on me and rescheduled for the following week on a Thursday. I make sure all our gates are unlocked and the backyard is picked up and ready to go. No one shows up. I give them a call. "Oh, we're so sorry the lawn technician was unable to get to your yard today. We will reschedule you for Saturday." I make sure all of the gates and backyard is ready for Saturday. Again, no one shows up. I get an email from them saying. "Your lawn must look great now that our technicians were there!" No, they didn't show up at all. Why are you sending emails without verifying that the service was even done? And why are you hiring people that don't show up when they're scheduled for service? Do not waste your time. Their fancy website and call center doesn't replace the fact that no one even takes care of your lawn. Do not call, do not make an appointment. By the way, they wanted Credit Card information before anyone even shows up. I wouldn't be surprised if they charge my credit card for all the services anyways since it is now on file in their system.

I had multiple appointments fall through from different contact numbers. I think something fishy is going on here. It seems like some sort of ad agency selling leads to local landscapers. That means no real business to contact. What type of landscape business has an office right smack in the center of Irvine in a multi tier building. Are they hauling all their equipment to store in an office each day? Where do they park their work trucks? I want to deal with real people, nay real professionals, someone who will treat me like a real client. Most of the other reviews are obviously fake or friends & family.

Would not recommend. They changed my booking date, my lawn provider completed 25% of the job, left a mess in my driveway when i provided the waste bin, and never entered half of my property i paid to be services, and customer service would not discount me more than 30%. . Waste of 50 bucks.
