You ran an ad for the Micracle Gro Garden Soil @ 3/$10.00 that I received on the 8th of April. I went to your store early Thursday morning so that i could purchase the above, only to find out that you folks were already SOLD OUT, which was very hard to believe because I reached your store 1 hour after you opened. This is not the first time that i've made special trips to your store just to find out that you never had a item advertised. The lady in the garden shop told me that you were giving out rainchecks to prepurchase this item so that when it came in I would be able to get it. Well after standing in line at your customer service counter for 1/2 hour, they tell me that there is no such thing . What is the story on this?????? This is false advertising!!!

The garden area was well organized and clearly labeled. I found the specific type of plants I was looking for because they were all grouped in one area and clearly labeled so I didn't have to walk around and hunt for what I needed unlike my local Home Depot store.

Every cashier that I spoke with was RUDE. With the exception of the gardening department they were very polite professional and the woman watering flowers was outstanding in her customer service skills. Electrical did not even tell me that when I bought the Phillips Hue bulb, that I needed to install an entire HUE system FIRST!! (would have saved me and his company a bit of time and money)

I wish I could rate it three and a half. They have a really cool temporary skilled workers area. The plants in the nursery often look healthy, except that leaves are missing because people take them to grow there own plants. They have a lot of options at the key maker machines. The most useful is the key with a flashlight for coming home at any hour. They're is often someone by the machine, the workers are helpful and nice. There restrooms need a lot of work. In the ladies restroom if you use the changing table it covers three stalls. The door needs to be picked up to be opened or closed. But it could be a lot worse, its clean, you don't have to pay to get in or for toilet paper.

We were so impressed by the level of customer service we received from Home Depot's Gardening department. About dozen of our new plants died in the most recent heat wave and they completely replaced them and included potting soil! The Customer Service department was incredible as well! After exchanging more then $65 worth of flowers she mentioned "save your receipt just in case!" We couldn't be happier. Cassandra from the Gardening Department, you rock!

Had a good experience with Christmas trees thus year. They didn't have a big a variety and they were pretty dry, but that's everywhere this year. The guys that helped us were friendly and smiling. Good to have nice helpers when every one is stressed and in a bad mood this time of year.

this is the worst experience i have had to endure. i was there to pick up a large item that my friend could not fit in her car. i had the receipt and it said, "will call merchandise pick-up." i went to will call. clerk sitting at the desk responded to her cell phone before she acknowledged me. i handed her the receipt, "special services customer invoice." after not finding the merchandise near her desk, she called someone. he went to the "garden" area. i stood there for some time without anyone checking back with me to tell me what was going on. finally, i could not wait any longer so i went to the service desk to explain my problem. the person there said that there were a number of the grills outside on display, they just needed the key to unlock them. i could not wait any longer so left. i just got off the phone with the service desk. there were two female employees who did not identify themselves so i do not have their names. they placed me on hold both times after i explained by situation. finally the third person i spoke with identified herself after asking me a number of times who i had spoken with. i asked if i needed to explain myself again. she finally said her name was Gina. i wanted to know whether i could park next to the grill display out front so that they could load one for me. i confirmed that i had the receipt. felt i should share this customer service experience. sorry home depot, you all need to understand what customer service is. it is NOT what you are currently providing.

Asked rhe man at the register to have 6 bags of mulch loaded for me...said he would...when I came back after shopping, they were nowhere to be seen. I don't know if he ever even asked the yard guy to load it, so I found a flat cart and did it myself. This is the second time I've tried to get service from this guy, both times he wasn't helpful.

Don’t waste your time here, go over to Lowe’s across the street! Staff were rude and inconsiderate. I called in to see if they had a product. There was two left online but sometimes they don’t have it. On hold for 15 minutes until they said no one can go look. I drove over and there were 6 employees sitting around taking doing nothing. Then they didn’t have the product.

I asked two different people working in the garden center where I could find "orchid bark". Neither of them could tell me, nor be bothered to check. They were semi-pleasant at least...alongside the lines of "hmmm, I don't know, maybe over there .....?" But couldn't be bothered to actually look and I left without it. Really annoying.....no service, no interest. Don't go this Home Depot if you need help.

Nice staff, good selection of plants but all the ones i bought ended up being covered in mites and i didnt see until about 2 days later (plants where for indoors)
